Turning the tv on was complicated ,to say the least. Shawna got it up and running one night and we watched 2 one hour programs before going to sleep. With our tv service at home we we don't have to suffer through the extremely excessive number of commercials that come with standard cable tv. 115 commercials in 2 one hour programs. WOW!!!!! Talk about annoying. That number is accurate. I counted them all.. After that we didn't bother with the tv.

The location was good. It was easy and convenient to access the amenities of North Bay. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was enjoyable even offering scrambled eggs and sausage. The fact that you have destination charging ports for your guests makes travelling very convenient

The hotel could do with some TLC, the sliding patio doors are probably over 30 years old, in our room, the rollers were finished and the handle was falling apart. It too a lot of effort to open the door, and my wife couldn’t budge it.

The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The hotel location was fine.

The pillows were a bit dated compared to other hotels.

Great location, and the breakfast was with a good selection. We stayed one night before our final destination and one night returning home to break up our trip. (A Tuesday and a Saturday) Shauna at the front desk recognized us and our 2 dogs and was able to secure the same room. This special attention made us feel welcome.

The room had a bit of a smoke smell linger. We aired out the room via the small window and then put the AC on and it was okay after a bit.

Check in was smooth and the facility/room were as described. Breakfast was really busy around 730am but staff had no issues with us eating in the lobby or in the room (even making light jokes about it, which I loved).

People smoked outside their ground floor suites near their sliding doors so for non-smokers nearby, hard to get away from the 2nd hand-smoke. Needed to keep ground floor sliding doors closed to avoid inhaling second hand smoke.

Bedding on my bed was ripped at the top. And a fresh blood stain on bottom sheet! Carpets smell from fresh cleaning, have you considered LVP flooring.

My friend paid $125.00 plus taxes and for the same room my total was $ $ 182.98 as a single over 80 years old and on a fixed income. This didn’t seem fair .

For the price, I have nothing negative to say.

It was basic and clean. There was a FANTASTIC restaurant just up the street called Churchills within walking distance. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was really decent.

The rooms still have the heating and cooling system that is on the wall. Not a thermostat running this keeps you awake. The fan is either too loud or the room gets too hot. It's not very well regulated. It would be nice to have a thermostat. I don't love the small pillows. It is not comfortable for sleeping.

The breakfast is always pretty decent and the checking experience was improved with a tablet style questionnaire and virtual approach. Loved that they have a smart TV in the room. Now It was wonderful to watch our own Netflix show. We find navigating the local TV channels complicated often when we stay.
