Breakfast was okay but didn’t have a lot of options. Price per night was way higher because of F1 Grand Prix weekend.

The hotel is quite big, looks old but well maintained. Good room size. They gave us a gift bag because of the F1 Grand Prix which was a nice detail.

Rooms and building seem to have seen better days, could definitely use a touch up on the paint job and things such as the sofa bed in our room may need to be updated. Additionally, the room we were in had some writing on the walls.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were decent sized and fairly clean. Some things such as the sofa bed have seen better days and the room we were in had some writing on the walls. Overall, it was a decent stay, close to a bus stop that connects to the metro letting you see most of the city with little effort.

It was still a little noisy, but that was from other guests, not the hotels fault.

This was my second time here. The room was clean, just as before. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Perfect place to crash having just flown in. Clean, large room, easy to find, good breakfast

The toilet did not work for the most part. It was leaking water and there was a garbage can placed there to catch the water. Definitely overpriced for what it’s worth.

I only have one complaint, the breakfast sausages had a strange 5$ to a case taste about them

Nice, quiet well run place. There was ample food options in the breakfast room and the friendly helpful staff stayed on top of refilling everything in a timely manner. The 2 Uniformed guards outside my room 24/7 gave me a strange Welcome to Kabul feeling I didn't expect at a Comfort Inn in Canada. On the upside those lads were very friendly and helpful.

It was awkward to have at least 3 security all the time in the corridors (why?). Hotel prices in Laval are mysteriously high—although Comfort Inn is better than I expected, a hotel of this category would not cost the same even in New York.

The room is big and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big, always clean, with a very good shower. Bring your own toiletry — shampoo, soap, everything. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

I thought the carpets were kind of dirty but I just left my shoes on. Bedclothes were clean and so was bathroom. That was the most important things

Booking.com website said 5.6 miles from airport but it was so much more.

Breakfast room NOT minimal “bagged” snack Front desk staff were not very customer-service oriented NO coffee/ tea service in room No service for same or higher rates

Hotel was super clean and renovated, good bed, linens, towels etc. The BATH was dangerously slippery. Only a “breakfast bag”, many restaurants are open so it was disappointing that Comfort Inn chose not to open the breakfast room. In addition - no coffee/ tea facility in room which is a low-cost frill. I had knee surgery and it was inconvenient to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee in a small disposa le cup. No housekeeping, another Covid excuse: zero risk by contact in making beds when occupants are out, clean up bathroom etc. My toilet clogged: I was asked to go to the front desk to get a plunger...... Full rate with no service, I found the front desk staff a were short with me- not very busy and computers “slow” according to clerk, 10 mins for one creditcard transaction?? I’m paying the same rates or more for greatly reduced service in a utility hotel . I will be making another choice next time
