The driveway is a bit tricky to navigate, but no issues otherwise.

Good sized rooms. I had a queen suite. Separate bedroom, living, dining, and kitchenette for about $300 a night. Comfortable. Quiet, too. Easy access to downtown and a short walk to the Royal BC museum where I was set up at the time.

Not hotels fault but valet parking and parking it self is hard at times especially when events like the Santa parade is going on ! The staff handled it well

Can’t think of a thing

Traveled with my daughter and family. The 2 grand daughters had a blast in the pool. Had an awesome time on our walks exploring the area. Lighting of the marina, lights done beautifully on the Palmament buildings, great meals. Everyone really enjoyed the time we had as a family.

The room was on the same level as the pool, and ice machine. Those are popular with families with children and adults. Therefor, it was noisy. We could hear every voice in the hallway quite plainly. This went on until after 11 PM at night. Next time, I will try to request we not get that floor.

Room was clean and comfortable , with a pretty view over the hotel entrance. We were able to get access to our room early, which was wonderful. The hotel is a perfect location for walking the downtown, and has a wonderful restaurant and bar upstairs for an end of the day nightcap .

When I booked through Booking.com I expected to pay the amount they put on my paper but when signing out it came to over a hundred dollars more. They said that Booking.com had the wrong percent on it. They charged us more than we expected. Couldn’t believe all the extra charges above the room price. Would like it if they would put all the extras in the actual price. Pretty frustrating if you trying to budget for a trip. My husband didn’t like the coffee and would have preferred regular coffee maker not the pods.

It was a beautiful stay, rooms were clean and everything we needed there. Loved being on the 14th floor, beautiful sunsets.

There isn't really anything that I could mention here.

I loved everything about the place. I even met the nice gentleman who is in charge of the reviews. I told him that I left a 5-star Google review under our business name, which is US Entry Waiver Services. Anyway, this place is beyond wonderful. I have stayed in the Penthouse suite 1601, and it is breathtaking. It will cost around 2900 or so for 5 days, but it is absolutely worth it. This hotel is definitely worth the money. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you and provide excellent customer service. I do ask the people checking in to be polite and kind to these people. Do not try and cheap out with this hotel and their excellent staff. If you cannot afford this kind of luxury, then stay home or stay at a commoner hotel in Victoria's Chinatown district.

The sound in the hall and next door were annoying at times. Also our view from the second floor was a roof. Not what you expect for the price.
