It was pricey, but worth it.

Location is excellent, walking distance to Harbour, Parliament, downtown, FRS ferry and good restaurants. Room was very comfortable, clean and temperatures perfect. Lobby welcoming, pool and hot tub very relaxing. Free shuttle we appreciated when travelling to the ferry, but distance was walkable. Staff was very accomodating and easy to work with. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

The power on one of the rooms we booked kept short circuiting every time we used the perculator.. too much of a hassle turning the breaker on and off a couple of times. Also one of the rooms didnt have a fan and it was really hot.

The concierge advice about the type of taxi for 4 pax to airport was inconsistent. We were asked to call in the morning of our departure to request for a taxi that is big enough to cater for 4 pax and 3 large suitcases. However the person that morning said only normal taxis are available and didn’t bother checking for us. We ended up with one suitcase in the backseat and one of us in the back seat had to sit with her legs pulled up . Disappointing service.

Location, so close to inner harbour, BC ferry bus station and bus stop to Butchard gardens. The room was spacious and the separate bedroom makes it feel like an apartment.

The indoor pool was a little crowded that's why my son and his fiance couldn't swim. I wish they could enjoy swimming more.

The room facilities are perfect. I found whatever I needed. I stayed in Suite. There are 2 rooms and 2 Queen beds, both of which were very comfortable. I enjoyed the TV connection via Google Chromecast that I connected to the YouTube channel. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere in a short time. Across the street, there was a Starbucks and next to the hotel, there was a Greek restaurant. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Front desk, concierge and maintenance staff was friendly and made feel comfortable with early check-in and easy luggage store for late. Rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable and location of hotel right at City centre of where one can be. Easy complimentary drop in big van by helpful driver to ferry terminal. Super Team.

Rooms do not have central air conditioning. There was only a loud portable AC unit in the room. I'd avoid in the hot summer times.

Although the toilet was “”cleaned””, there was still hair everywhere. The towel was changed, but it still had hair and old scotch tape stuck over it. This is not earth-friendly, which they hope to achieve, but it is terrible and lazy cleaning.

Nothing, really. Only small thing was I needed a photo ID to check in. I didn't have my passport or drivers licence or any photo ID on me, only cards with my name. I think it could have been a major issue had not my daughter, a photo of my passport on her phone. I had not been aware that photo ID was required at check in...maybe i didn't read the small print 😏

Location is perfect. Hotel is spotless. Suite was wonderful for 3 adults. Breakfast on 18th floor was good and amazing views. Comfortable beds and no noise.
