We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe wifi wasn't working while we were there but hosts did try to fix it (did not succeed). Lighting a little dim in some areas. Toilet flapper didn't make good seal inside so could hear water running a litte at times. Forgot to let hosts know so they could avoid high water bill. Location a little far from main town but was easy drive.
The treats/pastries, bread, fresh fruits, cereal were an awesome surprise and very much appreciated and made easy, inexpensive breakfast. Our hosts were warm and welcoming to their home. Easy access to rooms using safe door code so we could come and go as needed. The bedding was soft, clean and comfortable. Plenty of soap and lotions available. Had yummy dinner at local recommended resturant. Parking was directly next to house in carport making it quick to unload luggage into home. Flowers around grounds were very pretty and yard beautifully maintained.

Lovely, cosy, and homely, comfy beds, spotlessly clean and the host Virginia left us bread, blueberries, butter, milk and lettuce from the garden, so generous. The area was just out of town (but a very quick drive back in if needed) it was perfect for our stay. Virginia was attentive and super helpful, a great host.

New ZealandA wonderful stay at the apartment. It had an outdoor area to relax in and the beds and rooms were extremely comfortable. The highlight was the superb breakfast provided by the host. Lovely fresh fruits and cereals and produce from the garden. Great pub just 500m down the road. We would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomGreat well equipped apartment in the outskirts of Kamloops. Two comfy bedrooms, bathroom with toiletries provided, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker plus an outdoor seating area. The owner had also kindly provided bread, milk, cereal, delicious fresh watermelon plus homegrown lettuce from their garden. All very appreciated as there's not a supermarket nearby (that we saw anyway). Lovely stay. Highly recommend if you're travelling through Kamloops and need to spend a night or two. Lots of personal touches in the apartment make us feel very at home.

Loved the hospitality of the host, apartment was very thoughtful kept with all necessary amenities. Host took special care by placing fruits, bread, vegetables and chocolates. We had very late checkin but we couldn’t ask for smoother checkin. Everything was on point and would definitely recommend travellers to book this property. The communication with Virginia was excellent and the apartment was extremely well equipped with lots of extras we had not expected and were both pleasantly surprised and appreciated the kindness of the host.

United KingdomWe only stayed for one night so it was perfectly fine, but for a longer stay the lack of proper kitchen facilities could be a problem. There is a microwave, coffee machine and kettle though.

CanadaThere was nothing to complain about our property. It was very comfortable and the continental breakfast the host made available was much appreciated. If I had to make one recommendation it would be to upgrade the mattresses as it is the most important aspect of one’s stay.
