A lot of construction happening at the property. The hot pools are not complete…would have been the icing on the cake!

Hotel seems to be brand new. Room was perfect…large, clean, great bathroom, fireplace. Staff was friendly. Location was about a 20 minute walk to the main strip. Bus stop to downtown is right in front of the hotel so we took the bus quite a lot.

Beds were a little too firm. The driveway and parking was small and few. Walls were pretty thin as well.

There was some construction at the time of our stay, but this did not impact on our stay. Unfortunately the hot pools were not open, but this did not concern us as our days were packed full of activities in and around Banff.

Staff very friendly with exceptional service. Room, clean and well appointed. Food excellent and views from room were incredible. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

The 20-minute walk to the town centre can be too much after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We spent some time waiting for the bus when we didn't feel like walking, sometimes up to 20minutes, but it was free and ultimately convenient, so can't complain too much.

This property is just on the edge of the town so it was quiet. Great scenery from the balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable although any conversations in the hallway could be heard in the room at night. I really loved the toiletries that were provided as well. The hotel provides guests with a bus pass (valid on routes 1,2,4 and 6) which were sufficient to get to and from the city and some nearby attractions like Lake Minnewanka.

The only problem we had was the central heat for the hotel was quite warm and we could not get our room down below about 75 degrees even with the AC on. The facilities are still under construction/renovation so there is some construction traffic/noise. The fireplace wasn't working, but the maintenance crew fixed it right away.

Our room was wonderful with a great balcony and fireplace looking at the mountains around Banff. The pouch you receive at check in with fresh ground coffee, real creamer, sugar, tea is a very nice touch. Located at the far end of Banff Ave, it is a distance to walk or take mass transit to town, but it's not a problem.

The hotel’s restaurant was quite pricey for what it was. We were going to have dinner there but we decided on appys and a drink instead. Beer was $9 for a glass, $18-20 for wine and cocktails, wings about $20. The vibe of the restaurant was more of a lunch cafe than a high end dinner spot. The wings were excellent and the service was excellent!

The views were amazing, we upgraded for $20/night to have a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was amazing to enjoy coffee and the view in the morning. it’s very new and fresh and excellent customer service. The atmosphere is inviting and modern. There is still construction going on and you cannot hear it at all They have Rocky Mountain shampoo/conditioner and soaps and local coffee and tea that you make yourself in the morning. It’s very unique and we loved it. great location! They are 4 minutes from where we board our dogs when we stay in Banff. We cannot wait to come back in the summer for their outdoor hot tubs and spa

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern and the attached restaurant serves very tasty food. Great view of the mountains from our balcony (although not all rooms will have this).

The complimentary coffee grounds and pour over system in the room was amazing. Also, the bus pass that was given to get around for the duration of the stay was great.

The view was exceptional. They have the really nice balcony. Microwave is provided, making it easy for us for easy dinner or breakfast. The covered parking spaces are underneath our building. Easy in and out to get out.
