Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good stay slept well and rested which was I wanted and area is good I am had breakfast at Cora's and went for coffee but I would prefer something a little more pricey next time like travel Lodge or days Inn.

Convenience location, hotel is dated with cheap fixes, room is very small which has no room to walk around, bed are very uncomfortable to sleep, sheets look old & dirty, mattress box very worned out, room smells bad, very noisy from street & other guests talking in balcony at mid night, no cleaning until 3rd day. United KingdomBed was creaky and sank. Not comfortable in the slightest. Room and hallway smelt like stale cigarettes. Towels and bedding stained. Hotel charged for miscellaneous charges and wouldn't say what they were for. Wouldn't return if you paid me.

CanadaAir conditioner was noise and I had to turned it off before I went to sleep. Luckily the weather was good or so I wouldn’t be able to get in sleep. I stay one night but the kept me two days deposit on my credit card on each day and haven’t refund me after I already left the hotel. I am getting 200cad pending on my credit card now.

CanadaI was refused clean linens and I rarely ask for anything when I stay here. They charge you for things without telling you there’s a charge. They have even asked for extra money after extending and paying for my stay online.

CanadaRooms are tiny and falling apart, there’s rat traps in the rooms and the doors are hard to open. We only received one key for the two of us. There’s no breakfast. Parking lot is awful and full of potholes

So far I find the room neat and not that bad cause I was able to slept well, but you can tell that it's a bit need of a fixing, but passable for a budget stay. Not that bad.

CanadaNo continental breakfast as listed on the website. It took a very long time to get hot water to the bathroom sink. The flat screen tv was smaller than my computer monitor at home.
This is an older facility and has many battle scars. The price was fair.
