Location is great ...very close to the Citadel and Clock Tower and easy walk to the harbour and ferry to Dartmouth. Breakfast was very good and had good choices. Bed was comfortable

Parking is not included and also can be hard to get. There's limited parking in front of the building but there's underground parking as well. There's 2 floors for the parking lot but space is quite limited as well. Noises from hallway can he heard inside the room as well.

Not that management had control over, there were unsupervised highly energetic group of kids (hockey / baseball team) creating noise and havoc. Front desk changed our room to a different floor.

The view of the citadel or water front were excellent. Proximity to down town and services. Front desk staff were responsive to an early check in and a request to change room.

A bit tired, needs renovating for the price a suite at $350-$400 per night should be in top shape.

The pillows were too thick/tall. The bed, for a couple, was a bit too small. It would've been nice to have a side table on both sides (instead of only on one side).

Good location, breakfast included (and a better than average breakfast), staff was attentive, room was clean, there was a sink, microwave and a good mini fridge. Room is spacious. I also liked the terrace.

We were well looked after, very comfortable room except the sofa bed not very comfortable. The evening meal was delicious and the staff knowledgeable about the local area. Parking worked well

The property is looking and felling dated and jaded and in need of refurbishment. There is a smell of smoking in the corridors. Parking is an extra thirty dollars at the hotel.

Well located with easy walking access to most down town areas. A surprisingly good breakfast. Check in staff very helpful.

The location. It is close to harbour front, maritime museum and other tourist spots. It also has a basement parking which is convenient but with a fee.

Piping system not draining properly while taking a shower. The facilities are a little old and there was hidden fees for parking.

They forgot to have my crib ready for my baby and I couldn't adjust the room temperature. They need more options on the breakfast.

I really liked the location and the installation, room was clean. The personal was really helpful specially with a document I needed to print.

Halls were very noisy at night, could hear people in the room below us from presumably a hole in the floor somewhere? It was like they were in the room with us. Parking was very expensive and not guaranteed even if you paid for it due to them admitting that they don't have enough parking for every guest.

Might not be as much soundproof as I expected. I could hear kids running around and people talking loudly.

Walkable to many tourists sites like citadel and public garden. Large space in the hotel room and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast is included.

We didn't eat breakfast. We stayed on the 5th floor which we enjoyed and we liked the view from our room. And even the roof top patio ever the weather was cool
