Our room . The bed is right next to the main door . Much better if you have the lounge next then your double bed as it’s more private .

Great location , I can’t comment on facilities as we’ve not used much of them like the pool and the restaurant . Staff were pleasant

Firewood wasn't restocked for second night; no place to grab a quick coffee/snack as the cafe was closed. Not enough parking in the lot near our unit (we only had one vehicle) and we had to cart our luggage from a far away parking lot. The claw foot tubs used to have a little side table to place books, drinks etc. and there wasn't one this visit.

A wood burning fireplace is such a treat and the kindling and fire starter was a nice addition. Comfy bed, lots of storage in the room and the large walk-in shower was lovely.

The rooms were exceptionally hot and the thermostat did not work. The entire lobby is used for the restaurant therefore we were not able to sit there unless we were part of the restaurant. We actually were told by staff we couldn’t stay even though we just wanted to play games. Towels at the hot tub were an issue and front desk staff seemed very annoyed and was given attitude by the female when we asked for towels.

Overall staff was super friendly. Check in/out was quick and hassle free. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great

Cleanliness of hotel room was poor, the price of food in restaurant was very high for the portion and quality. Had issues with the fireplace. Wood wouldn’t burn unless the window was open which made the room colder, not warmer.

Staff was very professional and polite, service at the restaurant was excellent. Hot tub was great.

You could not fault this property. We booked another resort but changed it to this one and I am extremely happy we did.

Great location, clean premises and very helpful staff. The hot tub was great after a long day hiking. We were placed closed to the main road and within 10 minutes the staff rang the room to see if everything was ok, we said yes but after another 10 minutes we did call back and say we would like something quieter. Within another 10 minutes they found us another room.

I did have to question the cleanliness in the rooms because there were used ear plugs on the floor and some debris.

When you use the fireplace the room smells of smoke. And I wished they had a water station for guests in the gym.

We had ordered for a king bed but got a Queen size.

Fire alarm kept going off when we started a fire, but that could of been our own fault.

Beautiful property with spectacular views. Our room was amazing, clean, and very comfortable! Staff was great. If you want a mountain adventure i recommend this place. It’s about a 20 minute walk down the mountain to get into town though, so if you don’t have a vehicle I’d either take a bus, cab, or enjoy the walk and views!

Couldn’t get coffee maker to work, shower design (hard to turn on shower without getting wet, shower door stuck) community Hot Tub Out of Order, last night stay there was considerable noise from upstairs unit.

Parking issues daily should have your own parking spot Room had some garbage under dresser and some garbage left hidden and not particularly clean Windows did not seal correctly - whistling with the wind Doors hard to open with single key And keys were not even on a keychain - makes it easy to loose
