Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe hotel is further away from town so you need to take a shuttle (free) to get into town. They cycle every 30 minutes
I have stayed here numerous times and enjoy the amenities which includes pool and hot tub and offers free shuttle into the village. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Rooms have a kitchenette so you can cook meals and not have to venture out for every meal.

CanadaThe room was located on the third floor facing the front of the hotel so we were not able to open our blinds or sit on the balcony because there was no privacy. The check-in time of 4pm is quite late and they request an extra fee to check in early. It did not appear to be busy when we stayed so I would have thought an earlier check in should not be charged. Parking is also $25/night.

CanadaThe sofa bed was horrible!!! I slept in the arm Chair because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. There was a lot of furniture so hard to make a bed on the floor. Sofa bed is NOT meant for adults comfort. The room did not have bedding for the sofa bed! I had to call and ask for it before we went to bed. For the price we paid that is a necessity in the room.
The property is very nice looking. Impressive from the outside and around the mountains. The room was a good size and clean. Quiet area and private. Free shuttle to the village was okay.

Canadathe hot tub didn't open until 10am which meant that we weren't able to use it before going out for breakfast. we were offered a later checkout but this didn't work for our travel plans.also the coffee machine in the reception charges $4 which was disappointing. we miss having the complimentary breakfast which was a highlight of the old Marriot chain.
