You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe mattresses were old and squeaky and the walls were thin enough that I could hear the squeaky mattresses in neighbouring rooms. Trains coming through every two hours during the night meant sleep was in fits and starts.
The room had lots of accoutrements, including a full kitchen. The owners were friendly and helpful.

CanadaThe owner was a heavy smoker and when she smoked outside the smell would travel up to our balcony. It is across the street from rail tracks and trains went by with horns several times a night.

United KingdomIt's ready for a make-over but was comfortable and clean.
This hotel was better than I was expecting, having read some of the reviews. It is a bit tired but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size and lots of nice hot water. There were comfortable chairs outside the room and it was pleasant to drink a G&T in the late afternoon sun with a bit of a view to the lake. Best of all was proximity to Bella Bistro which did fab take-out for tired travellers. We drove through Kingston the next day and I was so glad I hadn't stayed there.

CanadaThe property itself was very untidy, with beer bottles lying around, garbage bags and clutter around the outside of the building. It needed a major clean up and more care given to the overall appearance. The bathroom door in our room looked like someone had kicked it in the bottom panel and the only repair to it was some Kleenex taped over it.
The location on the waterfront was ideal. The room size was quite nice and was comfortable but we were glad we were staying only one night.
