My only complaint was that you had to wait for staff to serve you drinks instead of being able to serve yourself.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff there were always so attentive and welcoming. My room was very nice and clean; I was traveling alone but felt safe. Location was perfect, it was just on the edge of the downtown so it was quiet while not being to far a walk from the main part of town. The hot tub and sauna were also so great and easy to use to relax!

Very spacious room with a very good buffet breakfast each morning. The spas were also really great to sit in each night.

Being right across from hot tub and noise...the good thing was the 10pm curfew however! Too many dogs (5 - 7 at one point) in the lobby and throughout...I am allergic to the shedders!!!

Room was clean and beds were upgraded from the last time here. Also new bathroom design and cleaner this time too!

There was a big stain on our sheets. We had to flip the sheet to other end. This wasn’t the greatest but too tired to wait to have it changed

The saunas were very smelly - not clean enough to make use of them. Also, the hot tubs are very much in the open - not anything I imagine ever using to bath or lounge in. Don’t really understand the point?

The smell of mound was so strong in our room-we noticed it when we washed our hands and had to open the drain Once that drain had been opened the smell continued to get worse-enough that we had to open the patio door during the night We went for breakfast and as we were headed back to our room we noticed the hot tubs were open We headed down and were in there approx 15 minutes before maintenance came by and scolded us for entering I’m sorry I don’t watch the time that closely to know we were 20 minutes early entering the hot tubs-we felt embarrassed and wanted to leave Maybe don’t leave your pool access doors unlocked so guests know not to enter It was supposed to be our relaxing weekend but kinda left a bad feeling

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is within walking distance to downtown. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had 2 rooms on the second floor. One was good, the other had animal hair on the chairs, in the washroom and in some of the drawers. It being late fall, we used the heat. Kinda loud. Ventilation sucks in air from somewhere. At one point we smelled cigarette smoke and a few hours after the smell of paint thinner. Breakfast was okay. Would've liked to have waffles or pancakes. Always scrambled and hard boiled eggs. The food was spicy. And too much cinnamon in the oatmeal. The parking at the Hotel needs to be managed better. Vehicles everywhere. Parking wherever they wanted. May stay again at this Hotel. Fair price.

The cafe wasn’t the greatest. My drink didn’t taste very good. Breakfast was ok. And the myself and other guests in the pools didn’t know about the jet buttons until after we left as there are no signs or anything.

Location was great! Super close to main banff. We walked everywhere. Everything was clean. And quiet. Staff was amazing.

Parking just no parking space underground or outside. Had to park about 4 blocks away. Hot tub needs to open earlier than 9 am. At least 8 am.

The washer dryer is a plus, 2.5 dollar each. Though they had limited timing on it, need to plan your laundry as it's placed next to a room, believe it was 9AM to 10PM. Also there were couple of nights when the aircond smells weed, maybe the guys around the air intake was smoking one, so I did not like that especially with kids around.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room as per the picture. Very large indeed. The shower was good. Breakfast was superb, Good options to start the day! Daily housekeeping with towel change. Nice cafe downstairs.

Wanted to sleep in but at 8 am there was very noisy near our room , some constructions near the pool.
