    - The room is really small for 4 people. If the sofa is put back, it's ok but when it is pulled out there is almost no space to walk around the room. Not mentioning that you may need the space to for the luggage. - The bathroom is neat and clean but - also - VERY small, maybe the smallest I have ever seen :) The towels are placed on the folding stool right in front of the sink as there is no other place to put them. And you need to move around this stool when washing as there is no way to remove them of the way. Also, it would help to have at least one hook to hang the towels. Otherwise you don't have any other choice as to put the wet towels on the same stool in a pile together with dry towels. Very inconvenient. - So overall the room is great for 2 people, however if there are more of you, it can be manageable for maybe a 1-2 nights stay. So just plan accordingly. - I would also recommend the host to remove some unnecessary decoration elements, e.g. the decor sofa pillows take a lot of space when the sofa is open, etc

    - Location is great, very decent neighborhood. Also conveniently located right near the big shopping mall - Room is nicely designed trying to maximize the space - Great city view from the window - Hotel amenities such as a pool, a sauna and a gym are included in the stay - The kitchen has a device providing purified water - cold, chilled, sparkling and hot. It was extremely useful - The host, Gilbert, was very responsive, quick and polite! The whole check in and check out experience was spotless for us

    The ad is misleading. At reception you are made to sign a paper that you acknowledge Bourbon does not manage the room. If you have any problem you can’t reach out to reception. The receptionist told me that they use the hotel name but that its managed by someone else. She failed to tell me who, all ver confusing. Bourbon is a 4 star hotel and the listing says it is 5 stars. Complimentary items listed in the welcome card were non existent. These made the experience bad.

    Room was very comfortable and well decorated. Lighting was very good.

    1. the check in experience wasn’t good. The instruction said we can checkin between 3pm and 12am, when we at hotel 11:00pm after a long day drive, the front won’t check us in because they did not receive confirmation from the owner while my card has already been charged. The owner won’t pick up the phone. Initially we have to get another room because this one cannot be checked in. We were waiting there for 1 hour until another person at front desk showed up and he was kind enough to check us in. exhausting process! 2. the owner should remove his own computer on the desk. there is no place to work unless on the sofa or dining counter.

    the property is nice good for two people, things are new, chic and clean
