We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe hotel is really big and distances may be huge, from the parling area to the room. If you need ask for a room closer to you.
The location is the better reason to stay there. Really close to the Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas (SP). Nice rooms and a good breakfast. THe view from the room is not the focus, but the closeness to the airport is the main advantage of staying there.

Hotel facilities are nice but are in need of renovation. Breakfast and personal are OK, but TV worked bad and room service was only fair. Matresses in my room were old unconfortable. Bathroon and shower worked OK but were not great. Location is great for the airport but is faraway from city center and neighborwood is not great for restaurants and other facilities

Trinidad and TobagoThere was a minor issue with noise from our toilet and the toilet from the room next door but it didn't impact heavily on our stay. The breakfast was basic, could have been a little better but it was standard for hotels in Brazil.
Our room was comfortable and the location is perfect for those going to the airport.

Close to the airport. Staff reserved a taxi for us and the taxi was right on time for our trip to the airport. The buffet dinner was good, as was the breakfast selection.

United States of AmericaWhile the room and linen was clean, the bed linen was thin to the point of discomfort. The only voltage provided was 220, and all outlets were of the Brazilian style - not utilizable for 110 volt plug devices without an adaptor.
This is an older, once resort-style property that is showing its age, but holding on valiantly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tranquil. Furnishings are standard and include a TV and small refrigerator. Dated air conditioning units struggle to maintain comfort in the heat of the day. Parking is adequate. There are two restaurants: a large one for the included breakfast, and a smaller one in which a reasonably priced but optional dinner is served. Staff are attentive and helpful. English is spoken by a few desk personnel, but the great majority of clients are Brazilian. Breakfast is good, and includes hot items, breads, pastries and several fruits. Internet was available throughout the property.

UruguayThe bathroom door has a big opening in the bottom. The bathroom had no ventilation nor air extractor. The bathroom's sink was obstructed. The bathroom's pipes made weird noises. The outdoor pool seemed dirty.
