The staff are incredibly unhelpful, almost as if they're there by force. Asking for the smallest of things (water, soap) is like extracting teeth. The rooms are not only outdated but they're unclean too. We found a live cockroach in our bed and when we reported it we were made to feel like it was no big deal. The only positive is the location, which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the main beach but there are plenty of other hotel options near the beach.”
