Hair dryer doesn’t work that well; ants in the room

The swimming pool is not fit for purpose and it is misleading that they advertise as having a pool. Part of the reason I booked to stay there was so I could swim everyday. However, when I went in the pool it is only 81cm in depth and not deep enough to swim in. It is dishonest to advertise the hotel as having a swimming pool, show it on marketing material etc. when it is not fit for purpose. The sauna is only available for use if you switch it on in advance. I discovered this at the same time I went to use the pool. I had to speak to reception and they advised I would have to switch it on to use it. I waited 3/4 of an hour for it to heat up but it wasn't hot so I stayed in for a few minutes and then left. I also had a few issues with TVs not working (picture kept going off). The rooms could do with a lick of paint. A couple of the bathrooms looked like the walls needed to be cleaned/repainted.

The Hotel is a good business hotel located in the most beautiful area of Sao Paolo. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is super helpful and professional. My room was big enough and equipped with noise proof windows. I tried the fitness centre too, it is not a big one, but fair enough for a short training.

Property well located walking distance from major shopping facilities and restaurants. Located in a good neighborhood. Property was very clean. And bed was comfortable.

Our two rooms both had some trouble with the safe, we needed to ask someone from the staff to come up and reset them to get our items out again, which they did quickly.

As in many Brazilian hotels, the size of bath towels is a little frustrating: simply too small to comfortably dry off after a shower (and that's unfortunately considering how awesome the showers are). No tissues in the bathroom, which we found a little odd considering the price and rating of the hotel. We also had to insist repeatedly in order to get refills on the complimentary coffee in the room, but the hotel did provide them when we asked.

The hotel is very conveniently located between business-focused Avenida Paulista and the lovely shopping streets of Jardins. Lots of great stores and nice restaurants to enjoy, yet still a quiet area. The hotel itself has a heated pool, sauna and fitness area. Our rooms were squeaky clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure is wonderful and provided us with some much-needed relaxation after a nearly 30-hour trip! Extra points for eco-friendly practices such as paper liners for the trashcans!

it needs some maintenance! some things are a bit wore down. I stayed during some pretty cold days and my room’s air conditioning unit didn’t have a heating function.

the staff, especially the women (all of them!) in front desk are AMAZING. they made me feel welcome and valued every time. I absolutely adored the pride decoration.

Hotel is a bit dated, could do a renovation. Also there is a strange window in the bathroom right at the shower, which cannot be covered up.

Clean and spacious room. Located in safe neighbourhood. Value for money. All in all, had a good night stay in the hotel.

The indoor pool seemed dirty

Staff, location and bedroom are great! Highly recommend staying here since it’s close to most neighborhoods in São Paulo! You can also walk to nearby tourist areas such as Oscar Freire and paulista. shoutout to the crew at the reception, everyone was super friendly and they even provided a bed and bowls for my dog!

the hotel has refurbished part of it and these new suites are very good (i have stayed earlier on) this last time i stayed the room hadn’t been renewed so it gave me a different taste of the offer. it’s time it renews the other rooms and later the bathrooms that needs better materials and finishing.
