Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyPool is small and only three deckchairs, if there are more than 3 people in the pool area you have to stand. the hotel charges you to keep your luggage if you have a flight the night you check out. Honestly, I've traveled the world and this is the first time this has happened to me

ArgentinaThese are details, but definitely need an improvement. The elevator was very annoyingly dysfunctional, not well-synced at all - it took ages to move between the floors. My access cards to the hotel room stopped functioning, and when I went to the receptionist, they took it as a most normal thing.
The location is splendid and the value for money is great. It is in an excellent location and very accommodating, with an easy access to the most important areas of Copacabana. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I felt well-attended and would go there again.

GermanyPool and gym areas are really small but they were not too crowded sonwe could enjoy them. Swimming pool area was under construction so there were times where it could not be used, apparently you could use the pool from the hotel next door but nobody from the staff told us. Lobby was too cold due to air conditioning but that seem to be overall in Rio.
Location is the best, few minutes walking from Copacabana beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast buffet was really good and was quite filling. Our room had a small fridge so it was comfortable to buy some beverages and keep them cold. Air conditioning in the room was also really helpful.

SpainThe elevators were always busy when we tried to go to breakfast area. The breakfast area is very tiny for the capacity of the hotel. The room was a bit outdated and the courtains had some stains. Also we didn’t have bedside lights for reading.
The breakfast is very very good. The location is the best as well. Room spacious and water pressure in the shower worked really well.

Brazil- Lobby is severely outdated, gave us an awful first impression, thankfully the rest of the hotel is in good shape - Wi-Fi was not very good - Room service could be better. Front desk says they do a full clean every time but we stayed for 2 weeks, they did not change our sheets unless we asked (even when we asked) or clean our bathroom at all. They made the room/bathroom tidy and gave us new towels/toilet paper but didn’t do such a good job cleaning. It wouldn’t be a big deal if we stayed for a weekend or just a few days. Two weeks without actually cleaning the room at all is a stretch for a 4-star hotel… when they did eventually change the sheets after much request, there was no actual bedsheet. Just a blanket covering the mattress so consequently, we had contact with the mattress which was very unpleasant. - Smart TV kept getting confused pausing and putting the volume up by itself, exiting out of streaming apps by itself, people were constantly trying to airplay on our tv, I suspect this specific brand of smart TV doesn’t do well around others of its type. - Small elevator only fitting 4 people at a time. Max capacity says 6 but realistically only about 4 people fit, never mind luggage.
*Note: We stayed for 2 weeks* - Beautifully renovated bathroom, just gorgeous in my opinion - Comfortable rooms, I loved the cushion support on the walls over the beds, made sitting so comfortable like being on a couch. - Great breakfast with so many different options! The coffee was available alongside milk, the hotel could benefit from a modern day coffee machine with different drink options. But that being said, we absolutely loved the coffee. - Very friendly staff all around! - Great location, loved the city view, very short walk to the beach and restaurants.

United KingdomBreakfast was adequate but most hot items were cold. Swimming pool was half finished with lots of building equipment and work being carried out whilst trying to relax in that area.
Location was perfect, a minute walk from Copacabana beach. Plenty of shops near by to buy water etc although water is provided in the mini fridges. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and kind, especially Cesar. Overall very good value for money.

Philippines- the key cards kept on deactivating every day (even if it's placed in a safe, non-magnetic pocket / wallet), even when we just went down for breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the time and temp shown inside the elevators are not correct (should just be turned-off if it's not working)
+ The reception staff, Cesar, was very helpful. He directed us to the local store that sells quality but less costly local products (chocolates, chips, etc), gave us directions towards the church, and offered to send my postcards too. + The breakfast buffet offers a wide spread of pastries / bread, fruits, sausages, bacon, juice, etc. + Great location --- just 2 blocks from the Copacabana Beach and so many stores and restaurants around the area

Brazilit is so old and without good maintenance, no restaurant available at night. In the description said that parking was available upon request but they don’t have any parking what difficult the stay and make more expensive if you need to pay the extra parking.
