Crowds of homeless and drug abusers outside the hotel door, take care of your belongings (smartphones, wallets, etc.). The guys near hotel (they do not work in the hotel, but help sometimes) will take care when you arrive by blocking homeless guys from you. A big respect for them, they helped me not to get in a trouble.

I did like this hotel and Brazil, but guys please sorry me for being a little peaky. The room is too small, definitely, it can not be improved, so, consider of taking a bigger room. The cleaning is perfect, especially in the bathroom. Hot water was available all the time. The air-conditioning is a little old, but works well, needs to be cleaned properly. Breakfast were perfect for me, but they are the same all the days. The location is perfect to get to the airport and visit museums you want. Probably, the best offering in Sao Paolo for a very good price. All the hotel team are friendly and trying to help you (you can ask them about any question, they will assist you in solving any problem, but they do not speak English, of course, so, consider of having any translation app installed in your smartphone).

In the evenings a significant homeless population at the small park across the hotel. My cousin took a ride to the airport with “Barba” a taxi driver recommended by the hotel staff. We were told the ride would be R 73.00 to R 80.00, when my cousin arrived to the airport Barba demanded R 168.00!!!!! That was highway robbery. Is this Barba person in cahoots with the staff to high jack passengers?

Hotel was ok and the proximity to the metro station was a plus but the location did not invite evening walks.

It’s more about the surroundings, too many homeless people around the area. I would recommend not to walk around this are.

unfortunately the hotel isn’t in a good area, there were a lot of homeless around which made the area feel unsafe.

The hotel is nice, breakfast was great. Really good variety of food. Friendly staff. Short walk to the Metro.

Location is in an are full of rough sleepers but no trouble seen. Police presence is 24 hour.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good food. Easy to get to from bus station. All staff are friendly.

VERY VERY BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD, AVOID THIS LOCATION IT IS DANGEROUS AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAY. FULL OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE. windows are quite thin, it gets cold at night and it is soooo noisy from the homeless people outside and police comig every few hours.

The first night wqs quiet and the second night was noisy, there was a constant banging on the walls next to my room, and the rooms are show box size, very small so you can hear everything. I requested for a quiet room and the lobby understood but it was noisy at my last night and checkout day.

Clean and modern building, fresh linens, hotel close to metro but the neighborhood is a bit too gritty. The breakfast included in the hotel fees are fare and good portions, thoufhtful and generous. I would recommend the hotel to others for the price alone.

Nothing. Terrible neighborhood. So many homeless people neighborhood. Terrible staff. Breakfast is limited. Terrible staffs at kitchen. Looks like the staffs owns the hotel. Terrible behavior. Some guest lost the phone as they said from the front area of the Hotel. The elevator did not work . We had many baggages and we had to carry from downstairs to Upstairs like a Labor and broke my legs and knees while carrying. Awful and terrible .

The neighbourhood is very dangerous,full of crack addicted homeless, absolutly not the place to be in São Paulo ! Even the taxidrivers don't want to drive through the streets behind the house !!!

Location is terrible, although it is near a metro station for easy access to the centre, the area is very unsafe. A lot of homeless on the streets using drugs and blasting music all night
