Very weak or no WiFi which is a big problem while travelling. In a big hotel like this WiFi should be priority 1!

It's not the hotel but Booking. In the app I got a free upgrade because of Genius level 3 but Booking charged the whole price. That happened to me before so don't trust 'free' upgrades from Booking!! When I complained they wanted tons of proof of details they already have got themselves and are impossible to provide while travelling. Very untrustwothy, don't believe free upgrades from Booking and all the things they say they offer Genius level 3!! Also did not get any priority service from Booking, just chatbots or people behaving like they are.

The hotel is huge, from the reception to my room was almost a 3 minutes walk. WiFi is unstable, weak and sometimes gone. I thought it was because my room was far but the receptionist said it's the same in the whole hotel. Lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast but in the restaurant the chairs are too low or the tables too high. The room had a balcony but there were no chairs. The hotel is clean, very well located and if the WiFi had been o.k. I would have recommended.

This is a terrible hotel falling a part. i belive there is no maintenance done for many years The rooms smell bad, doors do not close correctly, there is no black-out windows and in my case the room was right i front of the pool with zero privacy. On top of that the hotel plays at the pools a very loud music from 10am to 9pm Zero chance to rest in this place. Hotel pictures on the website and Apps for booking are fake as well as the good reviews are done by bots.

Wifi service was appalling- not only there was no signal inside our room, but it was also very slow and at times inexistent in other parts of the hotel, including the main lobby. Something unacceptable in 2024. We did not need to have the room cleaned every day, rather we just asked to have the towels changed: mission impossible!!!!! They did not have enough towels and there was a lack of availability for them throughout the day….to this day I don’t understand the reason for that, considering how large the hotel is. Mah!?!! The hotel looks very shabby and outdated with no air conditioning inside the lobby area, so whether you are waiting for an uber, or getting some information from the reception, in the meantime you will also feel as if you’re in a sauna- you will definitely need a shower afterwards. A light on the second floor just outside the lift area was broken, so there is poor visibility at night. I think that light is still broken as we speak.

Staff in the restaurant for the breakfast service was helpful and very attentive. Although the room was quite shabby, it was spacious for four people and the shower in the bathroom rather powerful. Breakfast in the morning was ok.

The room was filthy. I have never been in such a crap place for a long time. When I booked, the reviews and pictures seemed to be a fine place at a bargain. It couldn't go so wrong. I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to stay on a low budget and do not care about comfort or cleanliness. All linen was dirty or badly washed, with marks of stain, pillows were stinky to bleach, and the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have laid in years. I could only stay one night and I gave up my other three days there by doing an early checkout. Check my pictures to see how the room facilities actually look like.

The breakfast was the only good point in my stay at that place. I requested gluten-free meals for my wife (she's celiac) and bread and cakes were specially prepared for her. Our waiter (Lucas) was very gentle and kind.

1. Hotel is run down, 2. bed is small and hard, 3. there is no AC in common areas (reception, restaurant, hallways…) only in the bedrooms, 4. parking lot is very limited and inconvenient (you have to stop at the reception and ask them to open the garage door on the lateral of the hotel and the space is tiny, without ramps for you to carry your luggage to the elevator… you have to carry your bags down a few steps…) 5. I had to pay R$5 each 2 hours for a hair dryer. Lol

Breakfast was good for Brazilian standards (excellent for American practices), location is great and the service is good.

An old hotel in need of rennovations. It is not by the beach as its name suggests. The staff were friendly but ill-prepared. I would not return here again.
