No fans or air con. Room got rather hot. Got aggressively told by the cleaner to not keep windows open because of rain, even though we were in the room, and could see the rain didn't hit the window.

I have stayed in the small double room, which was a size of a walking closet… barely fit double bed. I am fully aware of smaller size rooms in CPH but this to an extreme.

The housekeeping was a bit weird, we ran out of soap and it was not refilled the next morning, same with the toilet paper. Had to go down and ask in the reception for more, got it no problem.

Hotel was OK but a bit far from tourist area. Room was OK size but layout made it seem small for two people.

For the price, you should get breakfast included. Also no little kettle in the rooms to make tea or coffee in the morning. The rooms were quite hot as the weather was amazing, but there was no way of cooling them down (no fan, or AC).

The hotel was well located, and decorated really nicely. It had a lovely roof top, little bar and the staff were super lovely and helpful. There’s also an amazing breakfast place opposite that does amazing ice coffees.

The maids were awful, 2 times they forgot to bring towels for 2 persons( they only put 1) ,then another time they forgot to bring toilet paper and they don't use the vacuum everyday,even though the floor was dirty. This was the only minus,I am sure just one of the maid didn't care. The other staff from the lobby were very helpful and the owner as well.

However, the room is way too small and there isn't enough space for the toilet, though it is enough for me, I think it could be difficult for people who are a bit larger size. Also, it is easy to hear the door shut from the hallway, and you can also see the lights from the hallway when you are in bed, might need to improve this.

The staff there is very helpful and friendly, they provide the services that I need. Overall, good location as well, quiet and easy access to the central part. The breakfast is good as well, including all the necessary things.

The bathroom was a bit basic and old school, and mattrass a bit too soft to our personal liking, but still we slept well (the sheets/douvet were fabulous though). Also, the room was only scheduled to be made up once for the period of our 3 nights, this should really be daily: at least make up the bed and have a clear towel change policy (one day ours were still wet from the morning as we had put them in the sink to indicatate the need for a change, which did not happen of course as nobody entered the room to make it up, so we had to go ask for a towel switch from reception, which was arranged and satisfactorily).

great location, friendly staff, really GREAT elaborate breakfast and a long window allowed to take it (07.00 till 11.00 AM during the Easter weekend). Very quiet. Recommended overall.

If you are sensitive to lights the curtains are not blackout curtains, but overall enough for a good sleep.

The location is excellent. Its near the main train station, near to a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops (furniture, clothes, foods, etc.) Bed is excellent. Room was small but adequate same for the bathroom. I like the clean design of the room. Check the rooftop view and better book the sauna. Also the staffs are really friendly and helpful especially the Turkish new lady at the reception.

Hot Water temperature is about 30C Bed is against the wall because of the size of the room. So all sit on the outside and the bed becomes slanted towards the outside.
