We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is really lovely, has a luxury feel and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is amazing and the drinks from the pool bar are lovely. We stayed in one of the suites which was a real treat - would really recommend it! The breakfast was great. The location was good to walk to restaurants and 20 minute drive from the falls.

AustraliaBreakfast is very busy early in the morning so avoid if possible, after 0830 was calmer and easier to eat. Power points were in odd locations in middle of bed.
Beautiful room with plenty of space. About to unpack bag and enjoy the room. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nice. They also were present and attentive to guests like calling a lift before you got there. Food was very good.
