The location is the key point of this hotel, the second one is the hotel service. The reception, the front of the house and the housekeeper all were amazing. In addition, the little breakfast basket was a lovely surprise, the food was delicious and fresh.

The property could have a little market to help the guests get some food and drinks in the property.

What a fantastic surprise!! The property is stunning, extremely clean and very well-organized. The highlight of the stay was the adorable breakfast basket offered to the guests. It was so nice, the food was delicious and fresh.

The windows are not sound proof and you can hear the main busy road. We’re hoping this will be looked into before the full opening. We raised this with a member and they said that’s how the windows are supposed to be.

Location is great and staff are nice. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived before the check in time. The property is clean and new.

A critique about Booking not the Hotel: There are a paid parking available, but the it's shown in booking is quite deceiving. It seems like the parking is included in the reservation, especially because I included the "Parking" filter in my search. Other than that, it was a soft opening, so there was a bit of construction going on, nothing major, but worth mentioning

The structure is amazing. The room is very stylish, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is new and it shows. The other options nearby are quite older, so its one of the best options available. We even were surprised with a breakfast basket. We stayed because of the american visa, its a walking distance from the CAVS appointment.

Swimming pool was cold, staff learning how to operate and communication was not clear.

We asked to check out early, which staff said would be no problem with no fee. However we would need to contact booking, booking were not able to help as they referred us back to the hotel. Hotel would not respond to any emails or messages via booking. So we were unable to get a refund for the days that we ended early.

The hotel is not ready to be open.. painting works being done on “rooftop bar”, no staff operating the bars. I think the hotel will be nice when it is ready but definitely not ready to be open now.. or maybe even for the next year!

Appreciate it’s not entirely up and running yet but the design aesthetic of the hotel is a mess, cheap plastic sofas, proportions all wrong, nothing thought through for actual guest use, example being marble coffee table too far from sofa to reach the coffee. Light fitting in bedrooms a massive hazard as position means guests walk into it and the spikes could take an eye out … style over substance and dangerous. Mirror in my room rammed up against end of bed so not possible to see oneself … needs repositioning . Terrible poly cotton sheets … need to be 100 percent cotton. No tea towel for drying dishes
