The location is immaculate. To be able to take an early morning stroll and see a natural wonder is just second to none. The service was outstanding as well. Cesar at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. And if you are ever in need of some great specialty coffee or a nice cocktail, make sure to say hi to Alexandre. He’s definitely your to go guy!

Not a con per se, but all the above means it’s priced top of market. It is definitely a “splurge” property, but worth every penny in my opinion.

This place is fantastic. The location is really the key selling point - it’s right in the National Park, and you have about two hours before and after everyone else leaves to explore at your own pace. I was able to have the entire falls viewing platform to myself one morning, which was an absolutely surreal experience given that when I went during normal hours the day prior, it was packed shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of people lined up and jostling each other for selfies. The hotel itself is perfect as well. It’s kept up extremely well, the room is spotless, bed is super comfortable. Nice pool area and facilities. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly to boot.

Amazing staff. Really accommodating. Fantastic and very needed advantage to be able to see the Brazilian side of the Falls. (It's super crowded during opening hours) We tried the early light guided tour and the guide was fantastic, they were super prepared. Food at the Y restuantant was great. 10/10 would reccomend.

The hotel environment and location are great. You can enjoy the beautiful waterfall in the evening and morning. Although the room is not big, it is very comfortable and the facilities are great. It is a very good choice！

The regular dinning room while great for breakfast was disappointing for dinner. I expected better from a 5 star hotel.

We went to Y restaurant twice during our stay. The first time was for Prix Fixe. I ordered the fish stew but received another fish dish. However it was Valentines Day in Peru and the restaurant was very busy. The meal itself both nights was amazing and well presented. The service was beautiful.

Stunning both inside and out, exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff, intimate and sometimes private access to the falls, luxurious with many small complimentary touches.

Exceptional location and fabulous property. The only hotel within the National Park boundary on the Brazil side of Iguazu Falls. Once the daily tourists leave, you have the falls to yourself....sunrise and sunset. Fabulous. The rooms are exceptional, staff is top notch, and the restaurants are excellent. Exceptionally attentive hotel staff from the concierge to the pool staff to the restaurants. Exceeded expectations and worth the price.

Service is absolutely wonderful. Every person was nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies were lovely, reception staff very friendly and helpful, the bartenders and pool service was just fantastic. Finally the kids club staff was fun, kind and beyond wonderful. Thanks!

There really isn’t anything I would say I didn’t like.

The location is perfect to experience the Iguazu Falls (they are just a few steps from the main entrance. The hotel building is beautiful giving old colonial vibes. The hotel grounds where beautiful and a nice large pool area. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Sime of the included items where great and offset the cost a bit. The dining experience was very good and the wait staff was super friendly. I would certainly visit again if the opportunity arises.
