Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe air conditioner in our room and in the room that my friend had was very loud! This is also minor, but the sheets were not fitted and so they slipped off often.
We left our valuables in the hotel safe & they were fine. The breakfasts offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruits. One of the reasons I love vacations is to sleep in late, so I appreciated that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AM. So many hotels stop breakfast service so early that I often miss out. Also, the roof deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

The staff here were incredibly helpful we had a great rapport with Rudolph during our stay. The breakfast had a great selection and the location was ideal (walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the metro). The rooftop pool has a great view of the area both during the day and at night.

Great location, short walk to the beach, heaps of restaurants and bars a block down. Staff was GREAT! Really kind and helpful, really appreciated the kindness. Breakfast was nice, and facilities were good. Nice rooftop with a great view and pool.

PeruWifi needs an improvement and we had a lot of noise in the room. It seems to come from the air conditioning system. It sounds a lot when working and made hits like hammer when whas off. I didn’t liked it and we cannot sleep well. Sadly because everything was very good.
