Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only downside to this hotel was a lack of vegetarian / vegan options. My other half is vegetarian and I'm lactose intolerant but most things on the menu either had cheese or meat. The meat dishes were very good, but would've been nice to have more options, i pretty much stuck to eggs and bread every day for brreakfast with the occasional sausage, as the other dishes contained cheese.
Clean, great view, friendly staff rooms were excellent.

View from our room across to the beach. Very close to the beach & good for local restaurants. Everything worked in the room. We had to make two extra bookings due to confusion with the tour that we were joining and the hotel allowed us to stay in the same room although this may not have been the quality of the room that the tour had booked. Breakfast was good although a little more variety would have been nice.

TurkeyI really did not like the fact that the breakfast lunch and dinner menus did not include any vegan options. There are a lot of people who cannot consume animal products either due to health or ethical reasons. And all decent hotels should have options for vegans. I would not stay at this hotel again for this reason alone.
