The facilities are fairly old, beddings are in an old style and not very comfortable. It definitely needs renewment for the facilities in the hotel. For it is located in such a nice spot...

The location is perfect as it is very close to tram station. The building looking from outside is really nice in an ancient style. People at the reception are very nice and helpful and efficient.

I was a bit concerned about cleanliness - there was a dirty cup left and hairs in the bathroom. Perhaps the floor is a little crooked, when sleeping in bed - feels like i rolling on one side. I did not like the pillows - they are lumpy.

The room is quite spacious, different layout than in newly built hotels. Very good breakfast!!! The location is good - 10 minutes from the train station, but you have to walk a bit to the attractions, but it is located near the main shopping areas.

Hotel is located right at main street. There was lots of noise from the vehicles on the road and outside. Apart, from this everything was good.

it was very antique, the elevators weren't always working and the shower was a little slippery.

Already old building, renovation is needed. Almost no water pressure in 5th floor. As hotell is on main street then plenty loud also in room. Maybe for one night is ok, but for longer period Inwould recommend other hotell.

Good location, easy access to train station few minutes to walk. Also main shopping street in two minutes available and 15 minutes walk to center. Breakfast is good.

Room advertised as having a mini-bar but actually only had a fridge. Cream in the room for coffee was solid - and had a use by date of 4 months before my visit, spoons in the room were caked in coffee and stuck together. Water in the sink was only trickling out of the tap and sink plug didn't work. Housekeeping probably need a bit more supervision.

Hotel is in a very good location, next to Rogier Metro & Tram lines and the City 2 Shopping Centre. Within very reasonable walking distance of the Grand Place and a host restaurants in between, Good value for money and the breakfast buffet caters for a very wide range of tastes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with a good desk area and proper wardrobe. Good shower!

It would be unfair to mark the hotel down because bits are dated when we love living in our 250 year old character cottage.
