We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI think the rooms bar the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. I payed for an executive room and I don’t think it was worth the money. Room felt very old, parts of walls were falling off, water leaking in through the window, paint flaking off, window latch was broken, stains on floor, creaking floorboards and kettle felt very old too.

United KingdomI went to eat where everyone were eating but I remember one staff member told me to eat out where they were serving food, saying that there was not enough chairs, not knowing that I have seen already some empty seats. That made me feel very uncomfortable and somehow discriminated. Anyway, thank you very much for having me stay in your hotel.
I loved the room location as I like a bit of a view. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was just wow!!👌 so tasty tasty! They deserve a trophy🏆 for that 👏 overall I had a wonderful stay

United KingdomThe rooms are a little tired, somethings could do with modernising or improving but very minimal issues.
The building is beautiful and the decor in keeping with the property to maintain its Victorian heritage. The rooms are huge and have the original style window frames which are arched. I stayed in a couple of different rooms and I was staying a number of weeks. The family rooms are exceptional value and huge. I would recommend room 307 as a room for two people max, as it's spacious and quiet. The hotel feels very spacious and airey. The hotel is very close to Bradford interchange train station apprx, 2 mins walk and to the Broadway shopping centre, approx 5 mins walk. The view from the room was beautiful at night

United KingdomMy only complaint is that there appears to be a design fault with the bathroom sinks. When the tap is running the area around the sink floods. I've stayed in different rooms on two separate occasions and experienced the same problem both times. It would not stop me staying in the hotel again.
I like that the hotel is so near the train station. Very convenient for me. The hotel itself benefits from it's Victorian architecture with a grandiose feel to the exterior, and interiors that are spacious and impressive. Staff are friendly and helpful.

United KingdomPaying a deposit of £50 didn't bother us. Telling us it could take 14 days to get a refund is a total joke. This needs to be looked at to get people the deposits back quicker. The deposit was as much as the room.
