You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our stay was good. The rooms were sufficient for a short stay. The location of the hotel was great as it was right in the city and many restaurants and bars were within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and I can recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice.

United KingdomHowever, travelling on business the WiFi was poor, at time none existent. Had to work in the corridor. Management stated that the suppliers had checked this many times and said it was the visitors appliances. No, it is the WiFi, fix this and get better ratings.
Good budget hotel, clean and near all amenities. The lady in charge, sorry, don't know her name, friendly and very helpful, will stay here again.

United KingdomArrived as arranged early Nobody there there was a phone and picked it up and lady answered not at all helpful said that nobody will be there until 4.30 so i said i will wait went sat in the truck for an hour and thought i give up tried Booking.com no help there So called the hotel spoke to another lady and she said if i give you a code and it will open box 6 then you can get your ket card Grrr So went to bed to sleep as had not slept for over 24hrs 2hrs later phone rang in the room the concierge called saying because there is a missing toilet seat we are giving you a free upgrade Very angry I said i am asleep and put the phone down So not happy with my experience
