Beside everything, I have one remark, The bathroom does not contain absorbent which leads you to close the door everytime to avoid smells..

I just didn’t like the area much and our room wasn’t very clean including the fridge.

I liked the fact that the staff were really caring. And available 24 hours. Since I am not familiar with a lot of things in Turkey. They were available to provide me with the help needed.

Room is very tiny, so probably not good place to stay for a long time, be very good as a place to sleep.

Bed sheets were dirty, all 3 beds had some dirty stains on a pillows, linens, etc. May be that were old stains that cant be bleached, but sleep on them was not comfortable. While leaving room noticed that cleaning lady was keeping new sheets and towels just on a floor when she cleaned another room. Thats sad and should not be nowadays.

This is a budget hotel in Bahcelievler. For me conveniently located not far from the famous Dentakay dental clinic. Rooms are small, but spotlessly clean and furnished with everything necessary, including aircon, fridge, and most important above average (for Turkish conditions) Internet and a usable working table. Staff are competent and courteous, making you feel welcome. Samir, whose English is excellent, helped fend a hotly contested parking space on the street in front of the hotel till our late night arrival. Another receptionist with fluent Russian (sorry, forgot your name) was also extremely helpful with daily chores and information. Management is also helpful, agreed to change my fixed (by Booking.com) dates TWICE without extra charges! The neighborhood is safe and has nice old Istanbul ambience with oleander trees; worth mentioning is the small eatery on the corner right of the exit with grilled chicken, pilaf and excellent meat stews, an factory discount store for cotton t-shirts etc. further down the road, and a Börek pastry maker nearby. Many chainstores - Shock, BIM etc within 3 min. walking distance. All in all, an enjoyable experience; would love to visit again!

The hotel is very good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bath is clean. The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is in Ataköy, just some minutes (walking) away from the metro and airport bus. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

honestly i will not complain much but some people said this hotel is good for value of money and i see for such hotel not good for value of money there is no daily cleaning for rooms though they clean room on request and hotel always smelling cigarettes everywhere someone smoking in lobby in corridors….. if you are going to attend an exhibition in Istanbul fuar center its not a walking distance from this hotel you need to take a taxi which will cost you around 40 lira one way

first of all i liked the staff they are very polite all of them and they speak english and they never refuse any request second, location of the hotel is good 2 minutes walking to metro yenibosna / Kuleli bus station where you can take bus number 10 from and to istanbul airport for 46 lira only very convenient and faster than Taxi which will cost you 470- 500 lira room was ok and clean near by the hotel there are alot of restaurants (where you can eat nice food and prices normal and 5 times cheaper than Taksim or Kadikoy or sultan Ahmet) and shops and malls and there is huge market also you can find there clothes toys gifts ….

There were only two cups of water provided in the room. There was no breakfast provided, but it was reasonable with the price.

The staff, Mr. Hasan is friendly and well supported during my check-in. I asked for an hour later checked-out time and it was excepted by a staff in the afternoon.

The shower was broken in the room 203. And it was really super hot in the room.

The good price for the good room. Be careful as the facility is near the old airport Ataturk. The new Istanbul Airport is located quite far from the city. So this hotel is in the midway between the city and the airport. So it takes like 1 h to go the city center by the public transport. There is a metro station near the hotel. And to get to the airport you need like 2 hours because of crazy traffic jams. I have arrived before the check in hour , but the reception guy Hassan did his best to get me the room asap. So thanks for the good employees.
