To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe room and bathroom was small and the bathroom quite tired and in need of a reno. The balcony was very dirty and unpleasant. The garbage bins being emptied early in the morning right below the balcony wrecked an otherwise good sleep!
All of the staff we had dealings with (reception, restaurant, housekeeping,maintenance) were brilliant. All were super friendly, polite and helpful. The location is very convenient to Southbank and the City and Suncorp Stadium which are all within easy walking distance. The room overall was comfortable enough. The breakfast was quite good with good selection and tasty for limited space.

AustraliaThere was a very noisy party right next door and we didn't have any after hours contact. Although the rooms are quite sound proof it made me nervous as we had 2 teenage granddaughters with us and the men were very loud. Some people own their own apartments so guess this is hard to control. It wouldn't stop us from booking again as this was probably a one off experience but would be good to have a notice on the wall with a contact number
The apartment was very adequate. Our apartment had a little grassed area which was nice. Not all apartments have that. Parking was free, location was perfect for Goma, Museum,Art gallery and QPAC. Short walk to restaurants but the hotel has its own restaurant and bar limited times. Staff were very obliging and helpful. There is a lot of gathering areas to meet up with friends. We would stay again.

AustraliaThe door key lock was loose and nearly falling off. The shower soap holder fell off and I wasnt game to touch the shower head. They really needed to give more than one roll of toilet paper for the stay we had, but they finally gave another one when they serivced the room, after we brang our own. Plus it was like thin tissue. The TV connection to watch anything other than basic tv was a pain in the ass. There should be a couple of Hotel Movie channels directly for rooms. Room could at least have a toaster and Microwave, as this is usually standard in basic hotel or motel rooms.
The location was great, the convention centre was within walking distance, which is why we went. The room was clean and was great that it had a little balcony. Great on site parking too, as we parked and just walked everywhere we needed.

AustraliaThe room was not clean, there was white powder on the floor, there was hair on the floor, the shower needs to be bleached, the carper was dusty, the towels had stains, the sheets had like a crumb or something on them. We didn't get any toiletries for the first 2 days.
The staff were nice, good location, okay facilities, like the discount $10 to use as the restaurant, but would have been better if we could use more than 1 at a time.

AustraliaIt is a budget hotel so we were not expecting anything more than what we got. $25 for the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. We are getting a bit old to climb into a bath to have a shower.
Great location. Close to QPAC at Southbank. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good value and served quickly. Great value for money. Secure car parking. Clean cool pool. No traffic noise.
