Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe guest book probably needs an update as it said there was no wi-fi but apparently there is now.
The location was good, pretty close to the main town and handy to the hotel next door. The unit was clean and comfortable and overlooked the pool. We weren't able to use the pool as apparently it was undergoing renovations although it was full and didn't appear to be having anything done to it? We didn't need to use it anyway and were told we were welcome to use the one next door at the River Hotel if we wanted. The bed was comfortable.

United KingdomThe pool was being refurbished and should have been available for half of our stay but it wasn’t finished and no sign of any work being done to progress it . To be fair, we were told we could use the pool in the hotel next door but the fact the apartments had a pool on site was a big factor in us choosing it.
Apartment had everything we needed. Washing machine and dryer were very handy to have. Rooms were clean and comfortable . Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was good, and the River Hotel next door served lovely food.

Easy check-in. Parking at door to unit. Location was within walking to restaurants, hotels, town centre. The rooms were big and the unit was stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. Our unit was well furnished.

We stayed in apartment 4. It was very spacious and clean and had all equipment required in the kitchen. The patio area was great as well. Parking at the door and free Wi Fi. All you would need for a great stay and only abut a 15 minute walk to town.

AustraliaBathroom exhaust fans were very dirty as was the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. Front window had tinting but people could see straight through it, Workers were in the back courtyard each morning and we were not notified by text that this would be occurring. Room should be aired out before arrival to get rid of the cleaning smell. There was no shampoo or conditioner, luckily I brought some.
Room was spacious and location was great for what we wanted. Multiple bathrooms were appreciated.
