We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe very loud music we had to put up with on Friday and Saturday nights, the first 2 nights of our stay going on until midnight in the sports bar!!! No thought or regard for their paying guests who arrive extremely tired after a very long day's drive only wanting to get a peaceful, early night's sleep!!! After putting in my complaint, the young receptionist proceeded to say that they receive many complaints all the time to the point where some guests cancel their bookings and leave, but apparently it falls on deaf ears as the owner/manager does nothing about it!! If that wasn't enough, on Monday night when we wanted an early night as we were leaving the next morning for another long day's drive, we had a goup of aboriginal men and women verbally fighting, yelling and screaming at each other within the grounds of the hotel for hours!! DO NOT stay here if you're after peace and quiet!!!
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when our car needed to be jump started. A very basic breakfast was included, just cereal, toast and fruit, but it made things easier and more convenient in the mornings. The 2 young men overseeing the breakfast on 3 of our 4 mornings were delightful, but the same can't be said for the young girl who was working there on our last morning. No smile, no work ethic or effort! She obviously did not want to be there!

AustraliaThe smell of urine in the bathroom/ toilet was unpleasant. However, last time I stayed this was not a problem.
I had the complimentary continental breakfast but on seeing the cooked breakfasts coming out of the kitchen, I rather wished I'd paid for and had that instead! The complimentary bus trip to the airport is fantastic, and our driver for the 5 minute trip was very nice and quite jolly.

United KingdomWi-fi was only available in the main reception area, and we seemed to be an inconvenience to some of the staff. The room was very tired and we ended up defrosting the fridge when our food all froze in the main compartment. The bathroom was basically smelly every time we went in and the shower curtain was grotty.
The assistant manager, the kitchen manager and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool area to relax and the restaurant food was excellent with a varied menu.

AustraliaThe electrical wiring in room 320 was dangerous,loose wiring behind bedside cabinet was non compliant and the PowerPoint was cracked,not switching properly. The electrician thought the room was unoccupied, let himself into our room whilst we were inside, he had come to replace a light bulb, he apologised, retreated and didn’t come back.So we were minus one room light the whole stay 🙂
The price! The food in the restaurant was good, it was clean, the staff were excellent, nice country ambience. The lad who collected us from the airport (and dropped back)with the hotel shuttle bus was excellent, respectful and helpful. Our room was very quiet away from the main hotel area.

It was a good short stay, enjoyed my sleep. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, could be better. There was a bit of maintenance works going on and electricity got turned off early morning about 5:30 to 6am. Staff were very friendly and helpful so cant complain. I will stay there again if given a choice.
