We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaMy Son swims for exercise & the pool was out of use. In a hot month that was pretty inconvenient.
My Mum is at Fairways Retirement Village so the Kaluha is a very convenient & affordable motel to stay at. The Lady at Reception was lovely & helpful. We had two rooms, my Son & myself & they were both good. Not noisy which was nice.

AustraliaYou can clearly hear your fellow tourists leaving early in the morning.
Location is North Bundaberg so you would need a car. Despite being just off a highway it was not noisy. Room is equipped with a microwave and crockery and cutlery, so easy to make a simple meal in the room. Room is a generous size.

AustraliaHeavy mould around the bottom of the shower. A spray of bleach would get rid of that. Where was the spare toilet paper? In the clothes cupboard, not on the toilet cistern which would have been the obvious place. One little piece of soap for 2 people for 2 days? Not enough. No servicing of the room on the second day. One bed castor should be under the bed, not sticking out for a toe to be stubbed against it.
The kitchen sink with washing up amenities was pleasant received. Clean cupboard with cutlery and crockery. Comfortable bed. Towel rail sufficiently wide for 2 towels. Hand rail in toilet and shower were appreciated. Nice shower rose.

Room was good. Close to town (just across bridge on North side of River). Close to shopping centre (IGA) and Hotel. The Motel is old but our room had been updated and was very good. Bathroom was excellent.

AustraliaWhen I arrived I was advised Booking. Com had doubled booked my room however they could offer me a room for the night for $50 I declined as I had booked in good faith. Bunderberg Motel/Hotels were all booked out for the night therefore I had less of a chance finding other accomodation. The reception gave me the me room key and said it is their issue and would work it out.I was impressed as it wasn't my fault
Reception staff was friendly upon arrival. The room was clean also bed was comfortable to sleep in. Following morning the cleaning person was open and friendly

No soap tray in bathroom, Not convenient for shaving as mirror is at one place and sink is at other place. There was no fan switch available Some construction material left outside reception, ambience was not good for first time visitors Not worth for $140 per night.
The location was good, I was able to get staff's attention when arrived. It's good for one night stay. Room was neat and tidy. I got what i asked by the reception. Air condition was good. Free Cancellation policy was good Communication by email was good.
