Lack of cleanliness, aged shower with unsightly grouting both in bathroom and kitchen. A lot of noise in corridor during Friday night.

Clean the air-con split systems!!! I was on level 19 and the aircons filter. The lounge was locked so that you couldn't open it if you have friends over. Its a serviced apartment. The second key to our room didn't open our room door. We found out the hard way. waited out the from for 5 hours until my wife returned. No apology from day management.

Would have benefitted from having a poolside bar. The sofa in the room had old cuts in it

The location was excellent. The hotel does not have eating facilities or a bar but the sandbar just underneath is a great place. My view across the Pacific was amazing and I would quite happily book there again in the future.

The layout of the room was quite odd. Felt very basic and dark. Also, after a long day out, my partner and I would have loved to watch a movie on a proper couch rather then 2 single chairs.

Location is very helpful and central to shops, cafes, and attractions, also the beautiful beach across the road. Staff are friendly welcoming and helpful also.

Facilities dated.ie taps were an issue. Oven burnt bottom of cooking.

The sauna took a long time to heat up... My tv remote had no battery's And there is only one hot tub so if a couple is using it you can't really use it u know..

The staff are amazing the parking is great always a free spot just needs more undercover parking 😂 Love staying here the best value for money you can get on the coast in the location it's in so close to all the best bars and clubs a street from the main square of surfers.

Two lights didn't work in the room, one being in the fan. A couple of loose tiles when walked on. No maid had cleaned the room or removed rubbish, we had to go and buy toilet paper because there was only half a roll in the bathroom and we were staying for 5 days. Lights didn't work in the sauna at all so it was very dark in there. The steam room didn't work the whole 5 days. One spa was down the whole time and then another for 2 days so you'd have to be quick getting in after a group got out. The doors to the adjoining Cafe under the hotel from the pool area have been welded shut but signage still says you have bar access.

Great location, staff were great at explaining things in arrival. Free parking at the hotel, had AC in our room on the 16th floor. Pool was awesome, plenty of space for guests to lay poolside with a nice double BBQ area that was really clean. Late night convenience store directly across the road from the front door of the hotel. Perfect views from our floor as well. Overall the hotel has aged over the years and could do with some general maintenance but that would put the price per night up.

They started vacuuming before 6am waking me up. 2 mornings out of 4 that I was there.

The room and the hotel were not as clean as I expected. Some common areas were smelly. In the room, the sofa had sand. The balcony had remains of fruit someone left behind. The swimming pool and sauna start functioning at 9 am, which is inconvenient if you want to enjoy it before checking out at 10 am.

The hotel is located a few steps from the Esplanade and Cavil Avenue, where most restaurants and shops can be found. It is also a stone's throw from Surfers Paradise beach. The spacious room has a completely functional kitchen, a big living room and a bathroom.
