Keypad Bright light shines into the apartment from the outside entrance door. It was so bright I had to put a towel over the far bedroom door to block the light out.

Parking was a bit tight and a long way from entrance of apartment.

Location was great and property was very spacious and clean. Although we had a car, restaurants, shopping, beach were all within walking distance.

The main thing we didn’t like was the it took several attempts to enter the building. We would put the PIN code in and it would say “open” but it wouldn’t open and we would have to try again several times. Also the air conditioner vent was really noisy in the hallway, this wasn’t too bad as we could shut our bedroom doors but it was still a bit noisy from the lounge area. Parking was a little tight.

The location was incredible, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and the main street which is full of shops, places to eat and cafe’s. The apartment was really big and great for a family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and I loved the little gift of wine and olives. The views from the kitchen were nice and the balcony was really cute and nice to sit on and have a cuppa. The bathroom is really big and the shower was amazing.

The first door off the drive way was a abit hard to get open.

Perfect location and very quiet. It was more spacious then I thought it would be. My toddler loved sitting at the kitchen window watching the people and cars pass by. Will definitely stay here again :)

I could not get into my carpark at all. I raised this with the hosts and was told to park in 3 hour parking on street All other carparks for apartments are a tight fit, but #4 car park is impossible to get in if a large SUV is parked perpendicularly and I had a medium sized car. I don't believe #4 should be advertised with a car park unless very small car. This was misleading and caused a lot of stress as I was there for bball tournament for my kids so needed the car park.

The Hello Host process is needlessly complex and redundant. Won't be using it again. I should not have to go through an extra layer of nonsense if I'm booking through Booking.com already. I am also still receiving automated emails long after we've actually left, in addition to the DAILY ones prior to the booking. Your system is broken.

Aircon wasn’t working, not blowing any cold air. We had a couple hot days so it was really unpleasant when trying to cool down, they need fans for the warmer days. Parking location won’t fit any bigger cars, we had to pay for parking out the front due to this issue. Wish it was explained a little more so we could of brought a different car down so it could fit underneath and be more secure.

Netflix was advertised to be available on site however was only able to access for one night, the following it requested to sign into an account or create one. Didnt reach out to get this rectified, had I am sure it would have been an easy fix. All other T.V channels were available and working.

Staff were very responsive and quickly available when needed to reach out. Was pleasantly surprised to have amenities, even though just tea and coffee was great! Plenty of towels which was amazing. Location and so much more room than I expected, all round great stay!
