We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe Hotel itself is great no need to change anything. It’s not set up for meals other than breakfast from what I could see.
If you’re looking for a great hotel across from the main train station with access to the underground subway, this is it. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, a very modern Hotel. They only serve breakfast, it’s a buffet, and it’s a very good one. Well worth the $18 per person. Top-notch staff The room is very quiet, the entire neighborhood is very quiet. Restaurants not very close by. Without question, I would stay there again.

QatarFridge was not working. Heating was switched on when it was 18 to 24 degrees outside so had to open the window and switch off central temp control. But windows barely open 2 inches which is a shame so it was very warm in the room. Next time they need to provide individual fans or it gets very uncomfortable there.Tall building hotels are problematic this way.
Location, sparkling and still water in lobby. Espresso machine in the room so u can have warm water too for tea/coffee n firm beds. Ample size room.Luggage storage and good drink options.Close to tram D and central Vienna train station.

SingaporeI have never encountered such bad service attitude thoughout my years of traveling. The attitude of the front desk staff was very poor. I wasn't upset initially, but after speaking with him, I became extremely frustrated. When I approached the front desk to report that the shower drain wasn't functioning properly, preventing us from using it, he gave me a rude look and stated angrily there was nothing he could do because the technician was off duty It wasn't my fault for encountering this issue, but he made it seem like I was causing a problem for him. I would never recommend this hotel, unless you don't plan on using the shower or interacting with the front desk.

First, it is right by the main train station Wien HBF -- which is great if you are going to travel elsewhere by train and there are a lot of shops and 2 grocery stores there which is so nice if you are stopping over and wanted to by some quick food before moving on. We took a room here for our 1st and last day in Europe so we can easily get an Uber to go to the Airport and easily return to the city via train. I don't care what anyone says about use the CAT system or other trains, if you are not a seasoned traveler, and we are, this is the main hub and the easiest. In addition, we had bought the best pastries at this grocery store which was right across the street --they were the best than anywhere else in Wien - for figure

A great location across the main station in Vienna with great value for money. The rooms are spacious with enough daylight. The breakfast was plentiful. A bar and mini market onsite make it a great place overall. Highly recommended.

United States of AmericaThere was only 1 bedside outlet for charging phones, it would be nice to have an outlet by each of the twin beds. We had twin beds because double beds were sold out. Also it would be helpful to have 2 hooks in the bathroom to hang toiletry bags.
Very convenient location to the train station. Room very clean, modern & quiet in spite of it being across the street from the train station. Shower was big for European standards & also flow of water was strong.

United KingdomA very good location for us - across the road from the station - as we took a train in and then later another to Hungary. Check in was earlier than expected as they cleaned rooms early and daily. The water fountain by the entrance was very good with the hot weather. Staff were all friendly throughout our stay.
