We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicHotel Rathaus was just amazing. Room was so nice situation and clean. Bad was so comfort. Breakfast was so good and tasty. Lokality was so safe and near to interesting places to visit. Personal was so accommodating . There was always someone at the reception. I am especially grateful to Janko for his services and willingness to help! CroatiaThe shower door was loose on the hinges, so I couldn't close it all the way which caused water to leak outside the shower. Breakfast selection is somewhat small, with not too many options.
The hotel is situated in an older building with high ceilings and narrow, winding staircase, but is equipped with a small elevator. The bed was comfy and the room had all needed amenities. The check out time is 12 which is great as you can utilize your morning to the fullest before leaving the hotel. All members of staff were kind and helpful.

United KingdomThe WiFi is just OK. And the issue with room temperature being too hot or too cold can't really be solved due to the system used. More power points are missing in the rooms - for laptop, smart phone etc.
This has been a favourite hotel of mine in Vienna for several years. The rooms are spacious, the location is prime, the staff knowledge, the breakfast plentiful, and the rooms quiet enough (except when there is movement outside the door of the room). They also try to be more sustainable.
