Just a heads up that there is no fridge in the room so if you need one, you can give your food to the concierge who will put it in their fridge for you. Also, there is NO phone in the room so if you need to call the concierge for whatever reason, you have to go down to the lobby. Lastly, the shower is weird because it is just half-covered by a curtain so water tends to spill out even if you try not to move so much while showering. (I only realize now this is an accessibly-designed shower for wheelchair users) so maybe this is actually a good thing.

We stayed in this hotel because we flew in late and had an early flight the next day. For that purpose, this hotel is in a great location. Also the room (a family room) is clean. We also got a crib for our toddler which they promptly provided.

Bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows were way too high and hard. Made it difficult to sleep. I'd suggest to the hotel to invest into better pillows so people can get a good nights sleep before their journey. That would overall increase the value this hotel is offering.

Very close to the airport, approx. 3 minutes walk and you are already walking in the terminal to find your check-in. Fast check-in and check-out. Buffet style dinner or sandwiches are available. Fast and convenient food options, but nothing fancy. Wine and cocktails are available at the bar. Staff are friendly and efficient. I'd stay here again, due to convenience to airport for very early morning flights! Very quite! You can't hear the planes flying!

This was wheelchair people access room. Their Shower caused overflow water from shower stall to under the bathroom door then into the room. The carpet was soaked wet when we checked in the room. The area was also dip.

The staff! It's not the first Moxy hotel I stay in where the staff is not friendly and not even polite, this seems to be the poor standard. They are busy with other important things than their customers, and you can just be ignored and kept waiting until they find the time for you (I grabbed some food from the fridge and it took ages and 3 of the staff to pay for it at the bar).

The check-in seem to be quite slow. Not sure if we got there at the same time as a large group or what was going on but we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in.

It's very close to the airport and is very convenient if you have an early morning flight. I really like their easy food service in the restaurant. You can choose from pre-made stuff or eat the hot meal of the day. It's very efficient when you arrive late or depart early..

Internet on phone, good. Internet on laptop, okay. Internet on tv, bad. Could not get through a simple vlog on tv without crashing. Tv did not swivel, not everyone watched tv from the bed. No kettle. A/C weak, room stayed hot.

The hotel is a little pricey; at times a bit noisy from upstairs neighbours with a heavy foot! Although close to the airport, one cannot hear any jets!

This hotel is perfect in relation to the location of the airport; only a 300m walk. It's perfect for flights departing in the early morning. The hotel is convenient to rail transit to downtown Vienna; only about 20 minutes + direct. The proximity to the airport and trains to Vienna is second to none.

There are poor signs in the airport and on the road on how to get to the hotel from the terminal, which makes it inconvenient when you have to choose the hotel from the two Vienna airport hotels.

Basic is fine, but this would have to be the smallest bathroom I remember from any hotel. Still, they managed to have everything you need in there for an overnight stay.

Airport location, 10 minutes walk to the terminal. Modern design, self-service eatery and an excellent bar. This is very down to earth, basic but in a funky way place, more than sufficient for the usual one night at the airport.
