Such a great property. Dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was equally great. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We liked it so much, we extended our stay an extra night!

One of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in and I still can't get over the value for money. The 5-course dinner we got every night was incredible; such a great selection of local produce made into Michelin worthy meals. On our last night desert was a huge Strudel buffet with 6 or 7 different types of Schrudel and ice cream or custard. The level of detail, creativity, and love that these chefs put into their food is unbelievable. The breakfast was also another league - fresh honeycomb, selection of local honeys, tea station with fresh ginger and lemon, smoked salmon with freshly made horesradish or herb salsa, incredible selection of breads and pastries, chia puddings and yoghurts and oats, I could go on and on. The service staff was warm, attentive and efficient. Michelin service! The spa area was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Quite small given the size of the hotel, so I'm glad we came out of season, as I can imagine it gets a little overcrowded, but it was perfect when we went. Seefeld is cute and reachable within 15 - 20 mins by foot down hill; the train station is about 10 minutes down the hill. Lots of lovely little cafes, restaurants and bars around the main square.

There's actually nothing that I didn't like.

Amazing staff: very kind, professional and helpful. The room was spacy, with a huge balcon and a breathtaking view on the mountains. The bathroom was HUGE, really modern. Pool was great as well. The food was served in a professional way with waiters making sure nothing's missing. I got what I expected and what I paid for, very satisfied! :)

The outside pool seems not maintained well. A lot of tiles were missing and missing parts were covered with moss.

Maybe could have been better help in concierge. We tried to find toboggan runs and were not given to much help. Possibly because there was not a lot of snow at the time which is not to resorts fault. There were very few available that we found on our own.

Breakfast was great. Sauna was nice. Pool was nice.

Spacious hotel with an amazing spa. The food was tasty although more meat oriented. The gym was great . Most similar hotel have rather pro forma gym. This was new and well equipped. The staff were also rather friendly

Service is amazing from the check in till check out. Spa area is great, very big, many relaxing rooms. Afternoon snack and breakfast super tasty, dinner was 6 course menu buffet/a la carte also good.

My wife and I love this place. We have been 4 times since last year. The facilities are fantastic, it's clean, the staff are great. Great service in the pool bar. The breakfast has a huge choice. Location is only a short walk to the centre.
