Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice breakfast included in a beautiful dining area, lift, cheerful and friendly Ingrid, comfortable bed, across the street from large transportation hub. Easy to get to town center. Elevator good and free parking were great. Good price for Vienna, especially with the breakfast.

Good price/quality ratio hotel. It is not located near the city center or near the attractions, but it is basically right at the Hütteldorf U-Bahn/Train station, so it is easy to get into the city with public transport. Room was spacious and breakfast was good too.

The whole hotel especially the rooms are exceptionally clean. The service was great, good breakfast options and very friendly and responsive staff. We had to check out really early in the morning and they packed us really good breakfast to go.

SloveniaExtremely friendly staff willing to fulfill our wishes. The breakfast was self-service with a lot of choice (including delicious pies and even gluten-free products). The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Parking in the yard was free even some hours before check-in and after check-out. The hotel was two minutes walk from train and underground station. It took 15 minutes to the city center by underground. The whole stay was very pleasant. We will definitelly choose this hotel again.

Hotel located in good area, the U-bahn (metro) is in 3 minutes walk. The hotel provides free parking, what is very rare for Vienna. The stuff is very polite and pleasant. Wi-Fi work pretty fine, as for the EU zone. The breakfast is really tasty, otherwise, it is the same each day. But the bakery and coffee are real tasty and bakery is different every day.
