The location was somewhat far from the city center and a taxi ride one way was around $20 a trip so that added up quickly since we stayed three days. Also, we had a roll-away bed for one person and it was not very stable and a thin mattress.

The rooms and decor were beautiful and we received excellent service! Front desk staff were always willing to call for a taxi for us. There were an assortment of pastries and coffee/tea available 24/7. We were able to walk easily to a laundromat just down the road to catch up on laundry, too.

Loved our stay at Palazzo Lombardo. Beautiful old building with comfortable and clean room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The snack and tea room was a real bonus! Loved the location outside of the main areas, yet they were still easy to get to. Some great restaurants nearby and loved to see a rugby field!!

I had a great stay at Palazzo Lombardo. The room was lovely, spacious and had great facilities. The hotel is located near the stadium, a little outside of the city centre, but you can reach the centre within 15 minutes by taxi. The staff were always helpful and very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the fact my room had some outdoor space where I was able to fix my bike. The building is old so it was built properly, couldn't hear my neighbours. Also the staff were very friendly. I'm learning Italian & they were patient enough to tolerate my butchering of their beautiful language.

The staff is excellent. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and well maintained as in the photos. The location is a nice residential area close to Campo di Marte Station which is far easier to manage than always busy Santa Maria Novella.

The apartment is a short walk from citycenter.

Palazzo Lombardo was a tidy palazzo with a good sized room for three people. We had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. We enjoyed our morningcoffee on a apartment balcony. The hostess was very helpful with anything we wanted to ask. Bed was wonderfully large. The apartment had a store, gelateria and some restaurants nearby. Busstop was very close. There is a shortcut to the citycenter from the palazzo.

It is a very good, even magnificent place to stay, the host is very polite, the rooms and the bed were clean, and the location is right next to the Fiorentina Stadium. Tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day and snacks are free. It is a very courteous behavior. It is a wonderful stay. We recommend it to everyone.

The property is beautifully done with wonderful frescoes on the ceiling. Spacious rooms with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
