It’s out of the city centre but quite convenient since the bus stop is just a few blocks away. The problem of taking bus is u need to make sure where to stop. There is also a train station about 800m- 1km away, just that you need to go up and down the stairs to reach the property. If you are taking big luggages, it is impossible to use the fly over. I end up taking a taxi from Canpo Di Marte train station to the property.

Clean, comfortable and the host Tiziana is very warm and helpful. I would recommend this place to all.

Need to take bus for go to the center. But becauseof construction of the way sometimes bus driver stop midle of the way and say its ok untill here we come. No other explanations. We have some unfriendly bus driver experiences. All the rest is ok.

Very friendly and clean place !! She help for all the questions we have and very kind. We like to stay there. Every day some cookies and coffee’s , tea's (24 hours you can have ) Nice and silence place !!

Some instructions upon arriving would have been helpful. We arrived and rang the bell to no answer. Thankfully we had the number and called and Tiziana opened for us within a few minutes. Shower also is quite small.

Very comfortable stay with all we needed. Central area is very accessible, only 20 minutes by bus. Also close to the Fiorentina Stadium.

You need to take a bus to go to the Santa Maria Novella main station, as there are no frequent trains departing from Campo di Marte station, unfortunately.

The hotel owners were very kind people; whenever we asked for help, they assisted us immediately and resolved the issue. On the first day, we had a mosquito problem, but the hotel owners resolved it the same day after we informed them. Overall, it’s a nice hotel — comfortable and reliable.

It’s a good option for someone looking for an affordable place with a private bathroom. The neighborhood is nice, but it's quite far from the center. You'll need to walk about 3 km to the attractions or take the train, which is very close by.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

The room was exceptional. The Air Conditioning was fantastic. Tiziana was a fantastic host, on the day I arrived she explained everything about the Guest House. It is outside of Florence City Centre, but this is a good thing because you don't have to deal with a busy area, it is a cheap price on train to get to city centre €1.60 and it only takes 5-10mins on train. The train station Campo Di Marte is a 5min walk from the Guest House.

It should be made clear that the property does not have the appearance of a lodging. We could not find a sign and the entrance was not clear. Otherwise it was wonderful. Tiziana was very sweet.

Our hostess had a family emergency so was not there to greet us but she was very clear on how to get in and we met the next day. The room was very clean, air conditioned and in a nice area. We were very satisfied.

This was definitely the best hotel that we had in our honeymoon. We would like to congratulate our host Tiziana. The best and warmest welcome that we ever had. Tiziana arranged a lovely surprise for us with champagne and great memories. Tiziana thank you so much. Palazzo Lombardo is very lucky to have such amazing host. The location was somewhat far from the city center and a taxi ride one way was around $20 a trip so that added up quickly since we stayed three days. Also, we had a roll-away bed for one person and it was not very stable and a thin mattress.

The rooms and decor were beautiful and we received excellent service! Front desk staff were always willing to call for a taxi for us. There were an assortment of pastries and coffee/tea available 24/7. We were able to walk easily to a laundromat just down the road to catch up on laundry, too.
