Could not get comfortable in the bed because the mattress was too hard for me. Did not sleep that well because of that. But could just be me!

First of all,it felt like the whole building was brand new. Next, the person at the reception was extremely friendly and not one did she hesitate to assist me. My room had 4 beds, 2 (!) bathrooms and an actual kitchen (!), also a desk. Furthermore, It was very clean. Loved the location. Even though it's located pretty close to the Autobahn it is quiet. There was no TV in the room which might be normal for a Hostel.

The Hostel is well managed and for a short stay on our trip back home perfectly located closed to the highway. We had a very nice bathroom which is not standard for a Hostel.

Bathroom private but out of the room, paid tea 3 euro and no kettle in the room or even on shared space. It’s quite a standard to offer free hot baverages elsewhere. We didnt feel the vibes of a hostel.

The hotel should get the city tax payment in advance. Also, we arrived at 11pm and the self check in tablet at the door was giving me and another guest a bit of a headache to get the room card key.

The staff is absolutely friendly. Ola, the receptionist that attended us the night we were there, gave us plenty of great advice to enjoy our stay in the city. Excellent breakfast!

I'd better describe it as a hotel with a couple of dorm rooms upstairs rather than a hostel. The atmosphere isn't a sociable one as most guests are couples, famines or elderly. Not a problem, just worth being aware of.

Enjoyed my stay here, 2 nights in a double room and 2 in a dorm. Needless to say the private room was best, but the dorm was very spacious with just 4 single beds and a bunk. Breakfast was plentiful and filled me for the day. Worth noting the area around is entirely residential, so no cafes, bars or restaurants nearby. This is fine if staying 2-3 nights as your Welcome Card will cover the ~10 minute tram into the centre. Fun to catch a game at Tivoli Stadium as well, just a short walk away!

Reception is not always available, no elevator in building makes it difficult for luggage, location is outside of city center, checkout time (10:00) is too early

We had a small room but then we did only book two days before arrival.

The big thing about traveling is meeting awsom staff, the welcome was great,and the staff were super happy to help with bookings and tell you about stuff (.ie make sure you grab the innsbrook pass it pays for itself easily) Accommodation and breakfast were brilliant. Definatly stay at this place...and your only 10mins from town on the tram which leaves at the bottom of the street. This place ticks all the boxes!

Staff was nice, the whole hotel was clean, the bathroom was outside of the bedroom but that was no problem, it was private and really clean. The breakfast option / variation is pretty good. Parking price is very reasonable.

The immediate view out of the room was a bit plain and the place is fairly out of the way - transport costs can rack up when getting to and from the city centre. The water pressure in the shower was also fairly low.

Breakfast had a good variety, and was quite good. The room, including the bathroom, was large, well lit and could be well ventilated by opening the windows. There were charging ports and a shelf above each bed, which made it really easy to charge devices, as well as a rack of hangers and a coat hook for each person

service: the people working in the kitchen delivering the breakfast were a bit rude and unfriendly- they were clearing the food etc before the 10am and if things run out close to 10am they would simply tell you that there is no more without not even checking - definitely not going any extra mile even if it was not 10am yet
