Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe staff is super kind but it seems they are all time busy doing all different tasks that the front desk is almost empty in case you need assistance.
The facilities are really nice, the rooms comfortable, bathrooms very spacious and clean, the breakfast is outstanding and even better if you have it in the terrace enjoying the nice view to the garden and admiring the nature and animals that lives there. The staff is super kind. I really liked they have dispenser machines with local wine and beers. I will definitely come back.

ItalyIf I have to find a downside, the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. However it only takes a 10 min commute with the subway to get to the very centre of Wien.
The hotel is clean and quiet, with a beautiful garden. The room was large and very quiet at night. Great breakfast. Recommended.

United KingdomChoose a garden view room, as the ones on the street side will have cigarette smoke coming up through open windows as people sit outside hotel entrance in the designated smoking area well into the night hours.
Good location not far from U-bahn station, supermarket, nice and clean hotel rooms, great buffet breakfast with facilities to sit inside and outside in the garden(for people that smoke). Rooms cleaned daily.

ItalyThe hotel is really nice. It is not in the city center but well connected with public transportation (U6 is 5-6 minutes by walk). Breakfast is really good and plenty of choices (croissants, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereals, eggs, sausages, cheese, cold cuts...) We didn't know that there was the self checkin (in the rules it was written that checkin is from 15 to 21:30), this could be mentioned in the rules to let late-travellers know (we arrived at 20:45 but nonetheless there was no one at the counter and we used the self checkin machines. Checkin process is really smooth). The surrounding area is very safe and super silent. We slept well each night, even if the pillows could be better. Room was super clean and the bathroom is spacious. Very good value for money.

I arrived 5 minutes before the end of check in. The receptionist was patient and kind with me. The breakfast was great and I managed to have it outside since it was warm. The staff were friendly at the breakfast room and ready to serve and assist.The view was breathtaking. My room was fit for me, clean and comfortable . The location is quiet and chilled. Perfect too for a female solo traveler.

GermanyA small refrigerator and coffee or tea, water in the room are missing. Breakfast 7 points out of 10. The service staff does not collect the already used dishes, you have to move them to the next table yourself, it is bad when the guy uses the phone and does not pay attention to the customers, so you have to pick the dishes from the table yourself. Missing a good quality pillow and mattress
The room was untidy, it was still undergoing renovations. The receptionist apologized and gave me a better room. It is spacious, I really liked it. Separate toilet with bath, great solution. . Breakfast on the terrace with a view of deer, peacocks. You can park your car outside, the reception desk sells a parking ticket, which is quite convenient. We found a great restaurant nearby.

IrelandI prefer a shower that doesn't require climbing into a bathtub. I can deal with it, but if my husband is coming with me the next time, I will ask for a shower only.
I love the park in the back of the hotel where you can have your breakfast outside weather permitting. Great breakfast buffet! The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Within easy walking distance of U6. We will be back when we are visiting family and friends in Vienna again.
