During hot weather, the room in the evening was too warm to sleep, as there aren‘t any air conditionings or temperature controls. Sleeping with open window(s) not recommended, too noisy. Body milk as well as daily fresh water bottles would’ve been a plus. It was a pity, that the mirror light in the bathroom could only be turned on with the ceiling light. The sliding door to the bathroom is only covered with a Motiv of the alps, for my liking too less privacy during toilet or shower. Shadows could easily be detected, less transparency would be highly appreciated.

Our room towards the street was clean and spacey, although with open window quite noisy. The bathroom is well equipped (except body milk and conditioner). The cosmetic mirror with 6x enlargement is a wonderful addition. Further that we received free transportation card for the public transport within Innsbruck (by tram ~45 min). The receptionists were very friendly and always helpful. The wellness services (minus massages) are free of charge. The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food and daily fresh fruits. The restaurant can be recommended, the menu stays the same every night.

Very good beds, good sleep, amazing view, clean, very helpful staff and a very diversified and very good breakfast. He had a little problem with the door in our room, the receptionist very quickly helped us with a new room, even an upgrade, so we can enjoy our stay without any small problems. This is very good customer service, recommend this hotel to everyone, would stay again for sure.

Very nice view and very baby friendly. One evening they hosted a wedding and they gave us a room where we could not be bothered by the sound. Another big plus is the breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits).

The front desk was not very patient with non German speaking customers ( we are french). He got impatient. The bathroom has a great design but the sink overflows easily because of the design.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and we got a good night sleep. It's a quiet place. Make sure to ask for free pass to public transportations. So you can take the tramway to Innsbruck. The breakfast was excellent. And the restaurant has raisonnable prices. It's like a retreat.

No bathtub in the rooms. I expected to have it to have a long bath so I can relax after a long drive.

Location was very good with beautiful landscape and views all around. We expected a wellness room to have a bathtub, but instead we were booked with Almwiese room and there was no bathtub. Parking was easily available outside and in basement garage. Breakfast was good with a lot of warm options.

Such a wonderful hotel. The room was warm, clean and spacious. There were electric shutters that kept the room completely dark while sleeping. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the WI fi connection excellent. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices (especially in bread!). The parking was free and the receptionist really helpful in everything we asked for. We would definitely stay there again!

Great views - excellent public transport. Room and facilities very good. Helpful with local attractions and ski advice. Friendly staff. Attended a wedding reception at the venue - good food and hospitality.

I wish they had in their accommodations a place to chill and to socially relax. Since we were a big group we could only sit together at the restaurant or bar, but there wasn't an area for just chilling.

Breakfast was great, lot of variety, freshly made and different options. Sometimes you had to wait a bit but the staff was more than helpful and would ask always if anything was needed. The room with mountain view was amazing, relaxing and impressive, the other side view was nothing, so a room with the mountain view is where to be! The wellness area was new, elegant and really relaxing! Finally the staff was beyond helpful!
