Couple of minutes walk to train station. 15-20 minutes walk to Altstadt. Felt like a good base to explore the main attractions. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well

I would prefer a carpetted bedroom rather than the more modern wood.

Large comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast with high quality produce. Ultra professional & efficient staff in the rooftop. bar, at breakfast & on Reception. Nice rooftop bar with fantastic view over Salzburg. Central position. Good car parking. Very comfortable beds. Just a generally very comfortable hotel. We loved it.

wow. wonderful hotel the reception staff was very kind and helpful. we got a great room .the breakfast is wow. we had a dinner in the roof restaurant it was one of the best dinner we had.the food was super .thanks we will come again

Right part of town - exploring the not quite so touristy side of Salzburg meant finding good restaurants with locals. Very well placed for sound of music homage and Mozart’s house and #2 bus from airport. Cocktails on roof garden excellent and well priced.

There was nothing not to like other than the fact that their PITTER Keller restaurant was closed after our first night for a week.

The room was superb, bath, separate shower and very spacious. Breakfast was a very impressive buffet with a chef to cook eggs and very, very good omelettes with a great view of the mountains thrown in. And the staff without exception very friendly and helpful.

To be honest, everything was wonderful and the service was wonderful, but the last two days the room cleaning was not complete and they did not bring out the empty water bottles, but in general everything was wonderful and I will book at the hotel on my next travels.

The room was spacious for three people, comfortable, and everything was available. The reception staff were wonderful and kind.

The owners of this hotel are so professional, they specialise in top quality, a former chef and wine expert , you see this in the quality of the food at Breakfast and Dinner and the wine selection is second to none. Everything is 5 star and with ski in/out its the perfect hotel.

I was a solo traveler. Because of this stay, I've started verifying my room size before booking to ensure it meets my expectations. Prices here and Austria in general were higher which caused me to expect a bit more.

My hotel room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. A shower/ bath was provided. The restaurant is conveniently located on the top floor of this hotel and their food is exceptional. The staff were friendly and shared good information during my stay. Loved seeing the Christmas Markets in and around Old Town.

It was very hot in the room. The bedding, mattress, pillows and beds were of a very poor quality . We had twin beds and they were 80-90 cm width . Too small for a hotel bed. we didn’t have a comfortable sleep.

Breakfast was a crazy crammed rush. Find a quiet little cafe nearby, more chilled and far less costly.

Loved the walk into Salzburg. The bar upstairs has a great view and every staff member was incredibly hospitable.
