We had some issues with the wifi in our room

Excellent breakfast, big and well appointed room,very nice staff.They even lent me a kettle. I read some comments about the neighboardhood.The location is not a beautiful one,but was well connected with the metro to Vienna center,and was very safe.We went for dinner everynight and never had an issue.

We spent only one night in this hotel, but managed to appreciate it. This is an excellent hotel that generally exceeded our expectations. What adds to the charm of the hotel is that it is located in a rather old, one might say historical building. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary so that a tourist could relax, get himself in order and prepare for the many kilometers of conquering the sights of Vienna. Among the positive aspects, I would also note the freshness and pleasant smell in the room, the incredibly comfortable mattress (I haven’t slept so well in a long time) and the excellent Austrian breakfast. The hotel administrators are very polite and responsive, ready not only to help guests at the hotel, but also to answer any questions they have regarding their stay in Vienna. The location of the hotel is quite convenient: just south of the city center, within walking distance of the metro and the central railway station. On my next visit to Vienna, I will first of all consider this wonderful hotel as an option for accommodation.

Our room was located on the front of the building and the street below was a little noisy at night.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was a good size and clean. The entire facility was clean and bright. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

If you are a foreigner living in Austria and even if you have an ID card issued in Austria, you still have to present your passport at the reception. Stuff explained this by the fact that nationality isn’t written on the ID (it is written). But actually according the law residents of the country can travel inside Austria without passport, just with ID card.

Huge clean rooms for quite a low price. Good location -it is close to the train station.

The neighborhood is in a not so nice area but safe. Central station is within 15 mins walk.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room. Room is much bigger than I expected. Supermarket is less than 5 mins walk. Affordable pricing.

The staff at Hotel Caroline were exemplary, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was varied. I would definitely stay here again if looking for a hotel in Favoriten district.

Really cant fault Hotel Caroline, if I had to choose something then the shower head was not the best.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very nice. Breakfast was simple but nice. Modern and bright dining area where we could get tea, coffee, juice, cereals, pastries and cold meats. The location is only 2 metro stops from Vienna city centre, very easy to get to. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our 1 night stay was quite satisfactory. The hotel is located 5 min walk to metro station that will take you straight into the InnerStradt within mins. It is a 10 min walk to main Wien HBF train/metro stations connecting you to Airport (20 min ride/€4.40). The location is multiethnic, extensive pedestrian outdoor mall close. Things like bed,pillows,shower are subjective but we found them great. Room size large. Breakfast adequate.

Filter coffe is poor, horrible, fileter coffe is for US, not for Europe. It is not big investment to bye machine for good italian espresso (not Austrian espresso), this can be incalculate in bookoing - rooms price.

It is very easy to reach metro station, only 6-7 minutes straight awy, location is good, near by are walking areas, lot of cafeas and shops for diferent food. Breakfast are very good, although same every day, but filter coffe is horrrible. Reception stuff allowed me to keep room 4 hours after check out without any paying.

The facility is generally very good. It is within walking distance of Vienna Train station. Preferable. Staff is Courteous and Helpful. We had no problems. It is an ideal hotel for families with children.

I stayed at Caroline before and I would certainly choose it again when in Vienna: very close to U1 and Hbf, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great staff, quick and easy check-in/out, fair prices.
