Breakfast could be improved as breakfast menu was limited compared to other hotels. May be adding croissants might be a good idea.

Rooms were good with a lot of space to relax. Also had balcony to enjoy the view with coffee or your favourite drinks. Also hotel had open bar and fridge which shows their trust on their guests.

Breakfast restaurant was very busy and small, but we found another area dining behind reception.

Such a friendly welcome throughout our stay. Excellent breakfast. Easy free parking. Comfortable and quite spacious room with balcony. Not in the centre of Zell, but in a very quiet residential area. An easy 30 minute walk to the town centre.

They moved me to another room when my friend arrived without any problem. Nice breakfast.

The property was very well situated. Few minutes by foot from shops, restaurants as well as the slope. The breakfast absolutely exceeded our expectations and the rooms very nice, clean, contained all useful amenities like a small fridge and a balcony as well as toiletries. The staff was also very friendly!

We didn’t get the information about the property having ski deposit room, leisure room, sauna. If we knew about them, we’d used them. The property walls tend to be really thin so there is no sound isolation.

Location was good. It has enough parking space. There are shops and restaurants close to the property. There is a stream next to the property which is the home for a nice duck family. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The lights in the room could be better - at evening/night it was quite dark in the room (even reading a book was hard).

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was big and always kept clean, and they gave us fresh towels every day. The breakfast was really nice with lots of food to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely suggest this hotel if you're planning to go hiking.

Internet was not working properly. No option to boil water for use once kitchen is closed.

Clean place and staff was excellent. Breakfast was also good. Did late check in at night but was smooth.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The street it is located on was quiet but close enough to walkig path to lake, restaurants and shops. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The coffee was especially delicious.

The lighting inside the room was quite not enough, & because it is yellow lights , it creates unconformable surrounding

The lady in reception was so kind , the location was quite & peaceful for relaxation.
