Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is close to the prater statio, 20 minutes walk from Messe and 30 minutes from Stephanplatz. Breakfast was great with a large selection of slices of ham, turkey, and cheese. An egg with a smile could really kick-start the day.

It’s close to the city centre ( a ten minute walk ) it’s close to Prater station which is the link to the airport . The room was excellent , a nice hotel in all respects.

United KingdomThe variety of drinks and food for breakfast was great and varied every day. The bar area was nice for the evenings. The hotel isn’t in the main town but not too far to walk. We used the metro which was easy to use and great to get around especially to places further out. The staff are very informative and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the quadruple room was a very good size.

United KingdomBreakfast was very continental and included scrambled eggs, sausage etc but not my favourite 'full English'! A small price to pay and there was plenty of everything else.
The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs with a direct from airport train station 3 min walk and a 2 min walk to the Nestroy Underground station. This made it great of easy access to the city and its environs. The staff we incredibly polite and help and Laura (on reception) went the extra mile helping us to book a river cruise and printing agenda's etc. There is a wide range of restaurants in the local vicinity if you don't want to hop into the city. For those who like funfairs the fair (including the Giant Ferris Wheel) is only 5 minutes walk away in Prater Park.
