We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only thing we found unusual ( for a Canadian) was being charged for tap water at meals, unless you bought a full bottle of wine. It did not seem to fit with everything else.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location was very quiet, central and scenic. The staff went beyond any and every expectation we had. It is the best hotel experience we have ever had in every way.

Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, stuff was very attentive, nothing was the problem. The most beautiful views, breakfast is one of the best I ever had in the hotel. The swimming pool is open until 10pm, which was great for us, as we like to have swim after dinner, most of the times at this time we had swimming pool to ourselves, during a day we never had problem with finding loungers as some reviewers experienced. Our rooms were very well cleaned on daily basis. Amazing stay, I hope for more next year
