The window of the room opened to a garage and did not have a good view. No toothbrush, toothpaste, paper towels. Of course, at the time of reservation, it was written that it is not available. The distance from the city center is long and you have to use a taxi or bus.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel is newly built and very clean. Our room was on the second floor. The price was really reasonable. The staff, especially the female employee, were very kind and pleasant. If I return to Yerevan again, I prefer to be near the city center, but this hotel is my choice if I have a car.

The only minus for me was some occasional noise from the auto repairing facility,which was right by our window.It happened in the morning only.

The hotel is very neat and cosy. It's been renovated recently, hence everything is pretty new. The staff is amazing and treated us like very good friends, always wanted to help and make our stay better! The staff team is there for you 24/7 which is very helpful in case you'd like to check-in earlier or inquire about smth. The location is nice, just around 15 min to the city centre by car. There is a 24h supermarket by the hotel which makes it even more convenient. I'll for sure come back there. Thank you to Hasmik and Gayane for kindness and hospitality.

An awful odor of gas was coming in our room which interrupted our sleep. There were only two rooms left when we arrived at the reception. The one was upstairs facing the busy street, the other was downstairs, next to the reception and breakfast area with a window at the back yard. We chose to stay at the second one, on the ground floor, despite being a smaller room, because we thought it would be better to avoid the busy street. Unfortunately the pollution from the street somehow entered in our room because the reception door remained opened all night. I don't know if the rooms upstairs are better, but our night was hard and even our clothes were soaked in the gas smell.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful. A bit far from the city centre but the main train and metro stations are just a short walk from there. It was our first day in Armenia and we were planning to stay for a few more days in Yerevan, but unfortunately the room left for us wasn't suitable for extra days.

The location isn't the best if you're also trying to see the city but works fine for a staycation.

The booking turned to be a good deal in terms of value vs money. The staff was nice and polite, they attended to our needs. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

I liked the attitude of the stuff most of all. They met us very friendly at the midnight, helped to find food. The man on the reception was very hospitable, polite and friendly! The room was well-equiped, clean, quiet and has enough place for 3 people. We will strongly recommend this hotel to all our friends, who are going to visit Erevan! Wonderful hotel! Wonderful city! The hotel is clean, spacious, the room is so beautiful and its like your booked in a 5 star hotel. The staff are so helpful and addresses all your needs. Especially with taxi booking, food delivery, even morning coffee. I want to mention GAYANE the receptionist and all the receptionist and all cleaning attendants.. In addition the location is so perfect, near the center, near sasuntsi davit station, accessible to all.

The breakfast was quite expensive so we opted to have it somewhere else. There were no water bottles provided. Even though the water from the faucet was drinkable as they said, I still prefer that they would provide water bottles to their guests like the other hotels. There were no english tv shows in their cable so we were not really entertained while staying in our room..

It was located in a peaceful and quiet area. The receptionists were helpful and accommodating especially Ivan or Iva (the male receptionist in the night) as well as the female receptionists in the day shift. The room we were in (room 11) was really clean and comfortable for a really affordable price. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
